Claims (16)
- 압축기(2), 터빈(3), 및 베어링 하우징(4)을 포함하는 배기가스 터보차저(1)에서,
베어링 하우징은 일 측이 압축기(2)와 연결되며 타 측의 터빈측 단부(5)가 터빈(3)과 연결되고, 터빈측 단부(5)에서 오일 수집 챔버(6)를 구비하며, 로터 샤프트(8)를 위한 평베어링 장치(7)를 구비하고,
평베어링 장치는, 내부 베어링면과 외주면을 가진 압축기측 베어링(9'), 및 압축기측 베어링(9')과 축방향으로 이격되며 내부 베어링면(11)과 외주면(12)을 가진 터빈측 베어링(10')을 포함하고,
압축기측 베어링(9')과 터빈측 베어링(10')은 상이한 설계로 이루어지는 것인 배기가스 터보차저(1). - 제1항에 있어서,
압축기측 베어링(9')의 영역에서의 로터 샤프트(8)의 외경 및/또는 터빈측 베어링(10')의 영역에서의 로터 샤프트(8)의 외경은 베어링들(9', 10') 간의 로터 샤프트의 직경보다 큰 것인 배기가스 터보차저(1). - 제2항에 있어서,
직경 확대는 약간의 경사부 또는 샤프트 숄더를 구비함으로써 실현되는 것인 배기가스 터보차저(1). - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
압축기측 베어링(9')은 터빈측 베어링 부시(10)보다 외경이 크거나 작은 베어링 부시(9)를 구비하는 것인 배기가스 터보차저(1). - 제4항에 있어서,
압축기측 베어링 부시(9)의 내경은 터빈측 베어링 부시(10)의 내경보다 크거나 작은 것인 배기가스 터보차저(1). - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
베어링 부시들(9, 10)의 내부 및/또는 외부 베어링 폭(12, 13, 14, 17)은 상이한 것인 배기가스 터보차저(1). - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
베어링 부시들(9, 10)의 내부 베어링면들(11) 및/또는 외부 베어링 면들(17)은 상이한 설계로 이루어지고, 특히 압축기측 또는 터빈측에서 홈들을 구비하는 것인 배기가스 터보차저(1). - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
베어링 하우징(4) 내의 베어링 부시들(9, 10)을 위한 수용 보어들(9", 10")은 특히 보어 직경 및/또는 보어 폭에 대해 상이한 설계로 이루어지는 것인 배기가스 터보차저(1). - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
베어링 하우징(4)의 수용 보어들의 내면들은 상이한 설계로 이루어지고, 특히 원주방향 세그먼트들에 마련된 낫 형상의 홈(20)을 구비하는 것인 배기가스 터보차저(1). - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
터빈측 베어링 부시(10)는 오일 수집 챔버(6)의 영역 내로 연장되는 것인 배기가스 터보차저(1). - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
내부 베어링면(11)은 2개의 이격된 베어링면 영역들(13, 14)로 분할되는 것인 배기가스 터보차저(1). - 제11항에 있어서,
베어링면 영역들(13, 14)은 반경방향 외부로 함몰된 간극(15)에 의해 서로 분리되는 것인 배기가스 터보차저(1). - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
터빈측 베어링 부시(10)는 연속적인 외주면(12)을 가진 대칭 설계로 이루어진 것인 배기가스 터보차저(1). - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
터빈측 베어링 부시(10)는 숄더(16)에 의해 2개의 외주면 영역들(17, 18)로 분할되는 외주면(12)을 가진 비대칭 설계로 이루어진 것인 배기가스 터보차저(1). - 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
베어링 부시들(9, 10)은 스페이서 장치(19)에 의해 로터 샤프트(8)를 따라 축방향으로 이격된 상태로 유지되는 것인 배기가스 터보차저(1). - 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
스페이서 장치(19)에 의해 축방향으로 이격된 베어링 부시들(9, 10)은 하나의 부품을 형성하도록 결합되는 것인 배기가스 터보차저(1).
