Claims (8)
- 스터드(12)에 부착하기 위한 스프링 너트(10)로서, 스터드(12)용 축방향 삽입 개구(30)와 스터드용 유지 섹션을 갖는 스터드(12)용의 실질적으로 긴 시트를 포함하는 스프링 너트에 있어서,
상기 스프링 너트(10)는 축방향 삽입 개구(30) 반대측의 전방벽(28) 상에서 둘레 방향으로 시트를 완전히 에워싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링 너트. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 너트(10)는 둘레 방향으로 폐쇄된 원통형 외벽(22)과, 시트를 전방 페이스에서 둘레 방향으로 부분적으로 에워싸는 내벽(24)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링 너트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내벽(24)은 반경 방향으로 탄성이 있는 적어도 2개의 탄성 샤클(shackle)(26)을 포함하며, 이 탄성 샤클은 원통의 길이 방향으로 연장되고, 특히 둘레 방향으로 균일하게 분포되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링 너트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전방 페이스에 웹(32)이 마련되며, 이 웹은 전방 페이스에서 시트를 종결짓고, 상기 탄성 샤클(26)은 웹(32)에 탄성적으로 장착되는 전방 페이스 단부(34)와 삽입 개구를 향하는 자유 단부(36)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링 너트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유지 섹션은 원통의 길이 방향으로 웹(32) 및 내벽(24)과 중첩되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링 너트.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유지 섹션은 반경 방향으로 탄성을 갖도록 구성되는 로킹 부재(38)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링 너트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 로킹 부재(38)는 쌍을 이루는 로킹 부재가 길이 방향으로 서로 대향하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링 너트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 로킹 부재(38)는 길이 방향으로 오프셋되도록 구성되고, 암나사부를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링 너트.
