Claims (7)
- 연료투입구가 구비된 본체(Body);
상기 본체의 내부에 형성되어 연료투입구를 통해 투입된 연료를 적재하고 이를 연소하는 제1 연소실;
상기 제1 연소실의 상부에 개폐 가능하게 구비된 직행 댐퍼(Damper);
상기 제1 연소실의 하부에 형성된 제2 연소실;
상기 제1 연소실과 제2 연소실 사이에 형성되어 이를 연통시키는 하강노즐;
상기 본체의 상부에 구비되어 제1 연소실 및 제2 연소실의 배출가스를 연도로 배출하는 배플(Baffle); 및
상기 본체에 설치되어 제1 연소실과 제2 연소실에 외기를 공급하는 공기유입구;
를 포함하는 화목 난로.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 연소실에는 공기유입구와 연통하게 형성되어 상기 공기유입구를 통해 유입된 외기를 예열하여 고온연소를 유도하는 공기예열관이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 화목 난로.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 공기예열관은 일단에 연료투입구의 그을음 방지용 에어커튼(Air curtain)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화목 난로.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 하강노즐에는 하방 집열 및 연료 빠짐을 방지할 수 있는 노즐필터(Nozzle filter)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 화목 난로.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 제1 연소실의 바닥에 내화물이 부착되고, 상기 내화물은 공기유입구와 연통하게 형성되어 상기 공기유입구를 통해 유입된 외기를 예열하여 하강노즐을 통과하는 연소열의 냉각을 방지하는 공기통로가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화목 난로.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2 연소실에는 굴절 형성된 화염유도판이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 화목 난로.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 배플은 내부에 분리판이 구비되어 상기 분리판을 통해 상부공간과 하부공간으로 분리 구성되며, 상기 상부공간과 하부공간에 각각 배출가스의 배출을 지연하는 열기지연판이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 화목 난로.
