Claims (14)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 베이스 수지는 3.0 s-1의 변형 속도(strain rate) 및 2.5의 헹키 변형률(Hencky strain)에서 측정시, 변형 경화 계수(SHF)가 2.3 내지 7.0인 폴리프로필렌 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 베이스 수지는 1.0 s-1의 변형 속도 및 2.0의 헹키 변형률에서 측정시, 변형 경화 계수(SHF)가 1.7 내지 6.0인 폴리프로필렌 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 베이스 수지의 F30 용융 강도가 200 ℃에서 4.6 cN 이상인 폴리프로필렌 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 베이스 수지가 폴리프로필렌 단일중합체인 폴리프로필렌 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 베이스 수지가 0.1 몰% 초과의 위치변환(regio-inversion)을 가지는 폴리프로필렌 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 베이스 수지는 [F30 용융 강도 × MFR2(2.16 kg, 230 ℃, ISO 1133)]의 값이 130 cNg/10 min 이상인 폴리프로필렌 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 135 내지 165 ℃ 범위의 용융 온도 Tm을 가지는 폴리프로필렌 조성물.
- 하기 단계로 수득할 수 있는, MFR(2.16 kg, 230 ℃)이 8.0 내지 24 g/10 min인 폴리프로필렌 베이스 수지를 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 조성물,
비대칭 촉매의 존재하에서 ISO 1133에 따라 측정된 MFR(2.16 kg, 230 ℃)이 1.0 내지 6.0 g/10 min인 폴리프로필렌 중간 베이스 수지를 제조하는 단계;
상기 폴리프로필렌 중간 베이스 수지를 퍼옥사이드 및 디엔과 20 내지 90 ℃의 온도에서 적어도 2 분동안 혼합하여 예비혼합 물질을 형성하는 단계;
상기 예비혼합 물질을 용융 혼합 장치에서 180 내지 300 ℃ 범위의 배럴 온도에서 용융 혼합하는 단계, 여기서 상기 용융 혼합 장치는 공급 존, 니딩 존 및 다이 존을 포함하며, 여기서 초기 배럴 온도 T1은 공급 존에서 유지되고, 여기서 상기 배럴 온도 T2는 니딩 존에서 유지되며, 다이 배럴 온도 T3은 다이 존에서 유지되고, 배럴 온도 T1, T2 및 T3은 T1 < T3 < T2의 관계를 만족한다. - MFR(2.16 kg, 230 ℃, ISO 1133)이 1.0 내지 6.0 g/10 min인 비대칭 촉매 유래 폴리프로필렌 중간 베이스 수지를 퍼옥사이드 및 디엔과 20 내지 90 ℃의 온도에서 적어도 2 분동안 혼합하여 예비혼합 물질을 형성하고; 상기 예비혼합 물질을 용융 혼합 장치에서 180 내지 300 ℃ 범위의 배럴 온도에서 용융 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리프로필렌 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리프로필렌 조성물을 코팅층으로 포함하는 코팅 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리프로필렌 조성물로 이루어진 층의 레이다운(lay down)을 포함하는, 물품의 코팅방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 연신 속도가 기재 ㎡당 10 g의 코팅 중량에서 300 m/min 초과인 방법.
- 압출 코팅을 위한, 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리프로필렌 조성물의 용도.
