Description
The present invention relates to a heating and cooling device for a vehicle seat, and more particularly, to perform a cooling or heating function by using a Peltier element (module) as a heat source to a vehicle seat having a breathable structure, for controlling the heating and cooling thereof. However, it is possible to control the current flowing into the back seat and the seat seat, as well as the optimal heating and cooling effect, as well as a very simple structure for a vehicle seat cooling and heating device.
As is well known, a number of techniques related to air conditioning control devices applied to vehicle or general seats have been devised in the past. In particular, among the devices that control heating and cooling at the same time, the Peltier effect is mainly used as the heat source device.
Here, the Peltier effect is a thermoelectric phenomenon discovered by JCA Peltier in 1834. In heterogeneous metals, there is a difference in the potential energy of electrons in the metal, so the electrons are transported from the metal having a low potential energy to the metal having a high state. In order to obtain energy from the outside, heat energy is deprived at one contact point of both metals, and heat energy is released in the opposite case. A heat source device using this principle is called a Peltier device (module). Conventionally, when looking at the air-conditioning device of the sheet using the Peltier module as a heat source device, the current flows to allow the surface of the Paltier surface to be cooled and heated to maintain the desired temperature for the consumer. However, in the conventional technology, temperature control is performed by controlling the air volume of each blower fan and the power amount of each heat source device. Therefore, the control method is unnecessarily complicated, thus increasing the cost of the product. In addition, the conventional technique is to perform the temperature control on the heat source supply side of the heat source device, so that the importance of waste heat is relatively overlooked, and thus, more efficient control is not possible.
The present invention relates to a cooling and heating device for a car seat, and more specifically, it is possible to cool the seat by obtaining the heat generation and cooling effect by the flow of current using the Peltier effect.
If you keep sitting in the car after driving for a long time, a lot of sweat occurs on the part that comes in contact with the chair.
It can heat up and cool down according to the change of current.
According to the present invention, the seat of the existing vehicle is only heated because only the heating wire is laid, and by introducing an electronic refrigeration system, cooling and heating can be selectively used. Operated by the flow of current, there are no moving parts and no noise.
As a solution of the present invention by using the Peltier effect to give a cooling and heating effect to the seat of the vehicle can be selectively used according to the convenience.
First, the effects of the present invention can selectively select cooling and heating according to the driver's convenience. Second, it is eco-friendly because it generates heat and cooling effect by changing the flow of current. Third, it is possible to manufacture from small to large and simple to repair.
The present invention provides a cooling or heating function using a Peltier element (module) as a heat source in a vehicle seat, so that the current flowing through the back seat and the seat seat is the same for the cooling and heating control. Of course, the present invention relates to a heating and cooling device for a vehicle seat in which a product structure is greatly reduced due to a very simple structure.
According to the present invention, the Peltier effect is applied to a DC power supply to two different electric conductors, and the contacts are cooled and heated up and down, respectively, and when the direction of the current is changed, the two contacts are heated and cooled, respectively. The Peltier element is placed between the seats of the vehicle by using electronic cooling (thermoelectric cooling), which is a method of obtaining a cooling space using the Peltier effect, so that the cooling effect or the heat dissipation effect can be selectively obtained. It is possible to control the temperature by adjusting the amount of current. Low noise, low vibration, light weight, miniaturization, eco-friendly.
