Claims (19)
- 갈락토만난(Galactomannan)을 포함하는
에너지 저장 장치의 전극 제조를 위한 바인더 조성물.
- 다당류(Polysaccharides)를 포함하는
에너지 저장 장치의 전극 제조를 위한 바인더 조성물.
- 갈락토만난과 다당류의 혼합물을 포함하는
에너지 저장 장치의 전극 제조를 위한 바인더 조성물.
- 갈락토만난과 셀룰로오스 유도체(cellulose derivatives)의 혼합물을 포함하는
에너지 저장 장치의 전극 제조를 위한 바인더 조성물.
- 이당류, 삼당류, 사당류 및 올리고당으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 물질과 갈락토만난의 혼합물을 포함하는
에너지 저장 장치의 전극 제조를 위한 바인더 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 갈락토만난은 구아 검(Guar gum), 타라 검(Tara gum), 메뚜기콩 검(Locust bean gum), 페누그릭 검(Fenugreek gum), 케서 검(Cassia gum)으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것인
에너지 저장 장치의 전극 제조를 위한 바인더 조성물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 다당류는 크산탄(Xanthan), 겔란(Gellan), 웰란(Wellan), 람산(rhamsan), 시조필란(schizophyllan), 스크렐로글루칸(scleroglucan), 알지네이트(alginate), 카라기난(carageenan), 팩틴(pectin)으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것인
에너지 저장 장치의 전극 제조를 위한 바인더 조성물.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물 중 갈락토만난의 함량은 1 내지 99 wt% 인
에너지 저장 장치의 전극 제조를 위한 바인더 조성물.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물 중 갈락토만난의 함량은 5 내지 95 wt% 인
에너지 저장 장치의 전극 제조를 위한 바인더 조성물.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물 중 갈락토만난의 함량은 20 내지 80 wt% 인
에너지 저장 장치의 전극 제조를 위한 바인더 조성물.
- 활물질과 도전재 및 바인더를 포함하여 슬러리를 만들고 집전체에 도포하여 전극을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 바인더 조성물과 활물질 및 도전재를 건조상태에서 혼합 및 교반하는 단계; 및
상기 단계에서 준비된 물질을 용매와 혼합 및 교반하여 슬러리로 만드는 단계;
를 포함하는
에너지 저장 장치의 전극 제조방법.
- 활물질과 도전재 및 바인더를 포함하여 슬러리를 만들고 집전체에 도포하여 전극을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
용매와 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 바인더 조성물을 혼합 및 교반하는 단계; 및
상기 단계에서 준비된 물질과 활물질 및 도전재를 혼합 및 교반하여 슬러리로 만드는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
에너지 저장 장치의 전극 제조방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 물을 포함하는 것인
에너지 저장 장치의 전극 제조방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 에탄올(ethanol)을 포함하는 것인
에너지 저장 장치의 전극 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 용매와 혼합 및 교반하여 슬러리로 만드는 단계는 0 내지 100℃ 환경에서 수행되는 것인
에너지 저장 장치의 전극 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 용매와 혼합 및 교반하여 슬러리로 만드는 단계는 10 내지 90℃ 환경에서 수행되는 것인
에너지 저장 장치의 전극 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
용매와 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 바인더 조성물을 혼합 및 교반하는 단계는 0 내지 100℃ 환경에서 수행되는 것인

용매와 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 바인더 조성물을 혼합 및 교반하는 단계는 10 내지 90℃ 환경에서 수행되는 것인

상기 바인더 조성물의 함량은, 상기 슬러리의 전체 중량 대비 0.1 내지 2 wt%범위가 되도록 하는 것인
