Abstract
본 발명의 과일 등 혼합물의 발효물은 다양한 발효 유기산과 유산균과 당류를 함유하고, 아미노산 킬레이티드 복합 이온 미네랄을 생성하게 되어 항균 활성 및 생균제에 의한 프로바이오 효과 및 항균제, 항생제 대체 식품 및 면역증강제 사료 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있고, 동물이나 사람에게 안전성이 있으며, 내산성이 우수하고, 유해 세균성장을 강력하게 억제하는 조성물을 제조하여 사용함으로서 면역증강제 및 항생제 대체 물질을 제조가 가능한 것이다.

Claims (8)
- 물 35~45 중량부, 귤박 파쇄시럽 15~25 중량부, 바나나 파쇄시럽 3~8 중량부, 파인애플 파쇄시럽 3~8 중량부, 대두박 15~25 중량부, 당밀 5~15중량부를 혼합하여 혼합물 A를 제조하는 S1 단계;
상기 혼합물 A 100 중량부에 공지균 아스퍼질루스 나이가(Aspergillus nicer) NRRL 2322(ATCC 10577)을 3~5 중량부를 접종하고 32~35℃에서 5~10일간 발효시켜 1차 발효물인 유기산을 제조하는 S2 단계;
상기 1차 발효물 100 중량부에 스코리아 5~10 중량부를 혼합하고 교반하여 이온 미네랄을 포함하는 교반물을 제조하는 S3 단계;
상기 교반물에 공지균 락토바실러스 플란타륨(Latobacillus platarum)유산균 종균 3~5 중량부를 접종하고 28~35℃에서 5~7 일간 발효시켜 2차 발효물인 신규한 유산균과 아미노산 킬레이티드 복합 이온미네랄을 제조하는 S4 단계;
상기 2차 발효물을 여과하여 여액을 액상의 면역증강제 및 항생제 대체 물질로 제품화하는 S5 단계;
상기 액상제품 20~30 중량부를 스코리아, 미강 중에서 선택된 1종 이상 70~80 중량부에 혼합하여 건조, 파쇄하여 분말상의 면역증강제 및 항생제 대체 물질로 제품화하는 S6 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역증강제 및 항생제 대체 물질 및 그 제조방법.
- 청구항 1의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역증강제 및 항생제 대체 물질용 유산균.
- 청구항 1의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역증강제 및 항생제 대체 물질용 아미노산 킬레이티드 복합 이온미네랄.
- 청구항 2에서 분리, 동정한 유산균 A 중에서 락토바실러스 플란타늄 L-5(KACC-91284P) 및 락토바실러스 속 L-6(KACC-91285P) 3~7중량부를 과즙에 각각 또는 혼합 접종하고 28~35℃에서 5~7 일간 발효시켜 과즙 발효액을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역증강제 및 항생제 대체 물질 및 그 제조방법.
- 청구항 4의 제조방법에 의하여 액상의 사료첨가제를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역증강제 및 항생제 대체 물질 및 그 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 액상의 사료 첨가제 20~30 중량부에 스코리아 70~80 중량부를 혼합하여 건조한 다음 분쇄하여 분말상의 사료첨가제로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역증강제 및 항생제 대체 물질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 5 또는 청구항 6의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역증강제 및 항생제 대체 물질 및 그 제조방법.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 2, 청구항 4 중 어느 하나의 항에서 분리, 동정한 신규한 유산균 락토바실러스 플란타륨L-5(기탁번호/KACC-91284P) 및 락토바실러스 속 L-6(기탁번호/KACC-91285P)을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역증강제 및 항생제 대체 물질 및 그 제조방법.
