Abstract
고무 성분 100 질량부에 대해 알킬페놀 수지를 0.5 내지 20 질량부, 메틸렌 공여체를 0.04 내지 10 질량부 포함하고, 상기 알킬페놀 수지가 2-알킬페놀, 3-알킬페놀, 4-알킬페놀로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 2종 이상의 화합물과 포름알데히드로부터 얻어지는 수지이고, 상기 알킬페놀 수지 중에 포함되는 유리의 2-알킬페놀, 3-알킬페놀 및 4-알킬페놀의 합계 함유량이 3 질량% 이하인 타이어용 고무 조성물에 관한 것이다.
Description
Claims (13)
- 고무 성분 100 질량부에 대해, 알킬페놀 수지를 0.5 내지 20 질량부,
메틸렌 공여체를 0.04 내지 10 질량부 포함하고,
상기 알킬페놀 수지가 2-알킬페놀, 3-알킬페놀, 4-알킬페놀로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 2종 이상의 화합물과 포름알데히드로부터 얻어지는 수지이고, 상기 알킬페놀 수지 중에 포함되는 유리(遊離)의 2-알킬페놀, 3-알킬페놀 및 4-알킬페놀의 합계 함유량이 3 질량% 이하인 타이어용 고무 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2-알킬페놀, 상기 3-알킬페놀, 상기 4-알킬페놀이 각각 o-크레졸, m-크레졸, p-크레졸인 타이어용 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알킬페놀 수지가 2-알킬페놀과, 3-알킬페놀과, 4-알킬페놀과, 포름알데히드로부터 얻어지는 수지인 타이어용 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알킬페놀 수지 중에 포함되는 유리의 2-알킬페놀, 3-알킬페놀 및 4-알킬페놀의 합계 함유량이 1 질량% 이하인 타이어용 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알킬페놀 수지의 연화점이 115℃ 내지 140℃인 타이어용 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알킬페놀 수지는 노볼락형 페놀 수지의 함유량이 96 내지 100 질량%인 타이어용 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메틸렌 공여체가 헥사메틸렌테트라민, 헥사메톡시메틸올멜라민, 헥사메틸올멜라민펜타메틸에테르로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물인 타이어용 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 브레이커 토핑용 고무 조성물, 브레이커 엣지/브레이커 토핑 시트의 상하에 위치하는 시트용 고무 조성물 또는 둘다로서 사용되며,
고무 성분 100 질량부에 대해, 상기 알킬페놀 수지를 1 내지 5 질량부,
상기 메틸렌 공여체로서 헥사메톡시메틸올멜라민, 헥사메틸올멜라민펜타메틸에테르 또는 둘다를 1 내지 7 질량부 포함하는 타이어용 고무 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 사이드월용 고무 조성물, 베이스 트레드용 고무 조성물, 타이검(tie gum)용 고무 조성물, 클린치 에이펙스용 고무 조성물 및 소프트 비드 에이펙스용 고무 조성물에서 선택되는 1 이상으로서 사용되며,
고무 성분 100 질량부에 대해, 상기 알킬페놀 수지를 0.5 내지 5 질량부,
상기 메틸렌 공여체로서 헥사메틸렌테트라민을 0.04 내지 5 질량부 포함하는 타이어용 고무 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 비드 에이펙스용 고무 조성물, 스트립 에이펙스용 고무 조성물 및 비드 와이어 토핑용 고무 조성물에서 선택되는 1 이상으로서 사용되며,
고무 성분 100 질량부에 대해, 상기 알킬페놀 수지를 5 내지 20 질량부,
상기 메틸렌 공여체로서 헥사메틸렌테트라민을 0.4 내지 5 질량부 포함하는 타이어용 고무 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 비드 에이펙스용 고무 조성물, 스트립 에이펙스용 고무 조성물 및 비드 와이어 토핑용 고무 조성물에서 선택되는 1 이상으로서 사용되며,
고무 성분 100 질량부에 대해 질소 흡착 비표면적이 25 내지 50 m2/g인 카본 블랙을 40 내지 80 질량부 포함하는 타이어용 고무 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 고무 조성물을 이용하여 제작한 타이어 부재를 갖는 공기 타이어.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 타이어 부재는 비드 에이펙스, 캡 트레드, 베이스 트레드, 사이드월, 타이검, 브레이커, 스트립 에이펙스, 비드 와이어 토핑, 클린치 에이펙스, 소프트 비드 에이펙스 및 브레이커 엣지/브레이커 토핑 시트의 상하에 위치하는 시트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 공기 타이어.
