Claims (10)
- 기질(substrate)로서의 역할을 하는 투명하거나 반투명한 무기 플레이크에 기반하며, 상기 기질(substrate)은 하기의 층을 순서대로 포함하는 적어도 하나의 층 패킷(layer packet)으로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 각도-의존성 간섭 안료(angle-dependent interference pigment).
(A) 높은 굴절률을 갖는 코팅,
(B) 굴절률 n ≤ 1.8을 갖는 무색의 코팅,
(C) 높은 굴절률을 가진 코팅, 및 선택적으로
(D) 바깥 보호층;
: 여기에서 코팅 (B)는 "높고-낮고-높은" 굴절률의 층구조가 형성되도록 항상 코팅 (A)와 코팅 (C) 사이에 존재하며, 상기 "높고-낮고-높은" 굴절률의 층구조는 3 이상인 홀수의 홀수개의 층을 가지며; 상기 코팅 (A) 및 코팅 (C)는 금속산화물, 실리케이트, 알루미네이트 및/또는 이의 혼합물로 구성되며; 상기 코팅 (B)는 산화실리콘, 함수(hydrous) 산화실리콘, 산화알루미늄, 함수(hydrous) 산화알루미늄, 산화마그네슘, 함수(hydrous) 산화마그네슘 및/또는 이의 혼합물로 구성됨. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 코팅 (B)는 산화실리콘 또는 산화실리콘과 함수(hydrous) 산화실리콘의 혼합물로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 각도-의존성 간섭 안료. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 코팅 (A) 및 코팅 (C)는 무색의 높은 굴절률의 이산화티타늄, 티타늄 실리케이트, 티타노실리케이트 및/또는 이의 혼합물로 구성되며;
상기 티타늄 실리케이트 및 티타노실리케이트의 실리콘 및 티타늄의 함량은 변화하며;
상기 코팅 (A)와 코팅 (B) 사이의 계면 또는 코팅 (C)와 코팅 (B) 사이의 계면에 가까울수록, 실리콘은 더 많아지고 티타늄은 더 적어지며, 결국 굴절률은 더 낮아지며; 및
상기 코팅 (A)와 코팅 (B) 사이의 계면 또는 코팅 (C)와 코팅 (B) 사이의 계면으로부터 멀어질수록, 티타늄은 더 많아지며, 결국 굴절률은 더 높아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 각도-의존성 간섭 안료. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 코팅 (A) 및 코팅 (C)는 착색된 높은 굴절률의 산화제2철, 철 실리케이트(ferric silicate), 및/또는 이의 혼합물로 구성되며;
상기 철 실리케이트(ferric silicate)의 철 및 실리콘의 함량은 변화하며;
상기 코팅 (A)와 코팅 (B) 사이의 계면 또는 코팅 (C)와 코팅 (B) 사이의 계면에 가까울수록, 실리콘은 더 많아지고 철은 더 적어지며, 결국 굴절률은 더 낮아지며; 및
상기 코팅 (A)와 코팅 (B) 사이의 계면 또는 코팅 (C)와 코팅 (B) 사이의 계면으로부터 멀어질수록, 철은 더 많아지고 실리콘은 더 적어지며, 결국 굴절률은 더 높아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 각도-의존성 간섭 안료. - 제 3항에 있어서,
낮은 굴절률을 갖는 코팅 (B)는 또한 티타늄 실리케이트를 균질하게 또는 비균질하게 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 각도-의존성 간섭 안료. - 제 4항에 있어서,
낮은 굴절률을 갖는 코팅 (B)는 또한 철 실리케이트(ferric silicate)를 균질하게 또는 비균질하게 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 각도-의존성 간섭 안료. - 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 코팅 (B)의 두께는 20 내지 1000 nm이며, 바람직하게 50 내지 900 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 각도-의존성 간섭 안료. - 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 코팅 (A) 및 코팅 (C)의 두께는 각각 5 내지 165 nm이며, 바람직하게 10 내지 150 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 각도-의존성 간섭 안료. - 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서,
보호층 (D)는 무색의 또는 착색된 금속산화물, 금속산화물 수산화물, 비금속산화물, 비금속산화물 수산화물 및/또는 인산염으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 각도-의존성 간섭 안료. - 코팅, 페인트, 잉크; 플라스틱, 유리 및 세라믹의 색소 및; 화장품 제조용으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항의 각도-의존성 간섭 안료의 용도.
