Abstract
또한 본 발명에 의한 형광등형 엘이디램프는 형광등형 엘이디램프에 구비되는 엘이디 소자의 개수를 줄여 전력소모를 최소화하고 제조경비를 절감하며, 엘이디 소자의 발광시 발생하는 열이 줄여 투광커버에 방열판을 미구성하여도 무방하며, 형광등의 내부 구성 또한 간소해져 제조비용이 낮아지는 효과를 실현하였다.

Claims (7)
- 엘이디 소자(10)와 피씨비(11)를 포함하여 구성되는 엘이디유닛을 포함하는 엘이디램프에 있어서,
일측면(21)에 상기 엘이디 소자(10)를 위치하도록 엘이디유닛을 내부에 내재하고, 타측면(22)에 형광등 소켓에 대응하는 전원단자(23)가 구비되는 캡하우징(20)과;
일정의 길이를 갖고, 상기 캡하우징(20)이 양측 말단에 체결되는 중공의 투광커버(30)와;
상기 투광커버(30)에 체결된 양측 캡하우징(20) 사이에 소정의 길이를 갖으며 투광커버(30) 내부에 내재되고, 양측의 캡하우징(20)에 내재된 엘이디유닛의 엘이디 소자(10)에서 발산한 빛을 투광커버 길이방향에 대하여 일정 각도 방향으로 전환시켜 투광커버(30)의 외부로 확산시키는 확산판(40);을 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 확산판(40)은 투광커버 길이방향의 일정 위치가 굴절된 형태로 경사면(41)을 갖아 엘이디 소자(10)에서 발산된 빛이 투광커버 길이방향과 일정 각도 방향으로 전환되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광등형 엘이디램프.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 투광커버(30)는,
중공의 내부에 체결홈(31)을 더 포함하여 구성되고, 확산판(40)의 투광커버 길이방향의 외주면(44)은 상기 체결홈(31)에 대응하여 끼움 체결되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광등형 엘이디램프.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 확산판(40)은,
투광커버 길이방향으로 평평한 반사판(42)과;
상기 반사판(42)의 상면에 복수 개의 경사면(41)이 다각뿔 형태로 결합되어 구성되는 확산 다각뿔판(43);을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광등형 엘이디램프.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 확산 다각뿔판(43)은,
투명한 재질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광등형 엘이디램프.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 확산 다각뿔판(43)은,
내부에 일정의 내부공간(45)을 갖도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광등형 엘이디램프.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 확산 다각뿔판(43)의 경사면(41)은,
하나 이상의 돌기(46)가 반복 구성되는 돌출표면(47)을 갖도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광등형 엘이디램프.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 확산 다각뿔판(43)은,
반사판(42)을 중심으로, 상호 대칭되도록 반사판(42)의 양면에 이중으로 체결되고,
상기 반사판(42)의 양측 말단은 투광커버(30) 양측 말단에 체결된 양측 캡하우징(20) 내부의 엘이디 소자(10)와 일정의 간격(48)을 갖으며 투광커버(30) 내부에 체결되며,
상기 엘이디 소자(10)에서 발산된 빛은 반사판(42)의 양면에 상호 대칭되어 이중으로 구성된 확산 다각뿔판(43)에 의하여 투광커버 외부의 전체방향으로 발산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광등형 엘이디램프.
