상기 표 1 에서처럼 비교예 1, 비교예 2, 비교예 3, 비교예 4, 실시예 1 에 함유되어있는 안토시아닌의 함량을 알아보고자 HPLC(Agilent 1100)를 사용하여 분석하였다.

표 2와 HPLC 분석 내용인 도 1, 도 2, 도 3, 도 4.에서 알 수 있듯이 비교예 2 와 비교예 4, 또는 비교예 3 과 실시예 1 에서처럼 쥐눈이콩 껍질을 분쇄하지 않은 상태보다 나노입자로 분쇄한 상태로 가열추출 또는 저온용출시 더 많은 안토시아닌을 함유하게 됨을 알 수 있었고, 비교예 2 와 비교예 3, 또는 비교예 4 와 실시예 1 에서처럼 가열추출보다 저온용출시 안토시아닌의 함유량이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이것으로 안토시아닌을 안정적으로 높은 농도의 안토시아닌을 갖는 안토시아닌 워터를 얻기 위해서는 쥐눈이콩껍질을 나노입자로 본쇄하여 저온용출로 제조되어야 함을 알 수 있었다.

실시예 2 는 상기 실시예 1의 쥐눈이콩껍질 나노분쇄물로 저온용출한 안토시아닌 워터를 함유하여 제조하였고, 비교예 5는 안토시아닌 워터를 넣지 않고 제조하였다.

20세~40세 여성 20명으로 구성된 탈모증이 있는 품평단을 대상으로 하여 품평대상자 20명중 10명에게는 비교예 5를, 나머지 10명에게는 실시예 2를 주어 샴푸를 4주간 매일 사용하게 한 후 설문항목에 5점 척도 (점수가 높을수록 좋은 결과)로 답하게 하는 방식으로 평가하여 표 4 에 나타내었으며, 여기서 평가 기준은 세발시 탈모량, 자각증상, 탈모부위의 육안판정을 할 때 효과가 현저한 경우 5점, 중등도인 경우 4점, 경등인 경우 3점, 불편인 경우 2점, 오히려 탈모증상이 악화된 경우 1점으로 하여 평가한 수 평균값으로 종합적인 판정을 하였다.

상기 표 4 의 품평결과를 보면 안토시아닌 워터를 함유하고 있는 실시예 2 를 사용한 경우가 안토시아닌 워터를 함유하지 않은 비교예 5 를 사용했을 경우 보다 우수한 탈모방지 효과를 발휘함을 보여주고 있다.
