Claims (7)
- 적어도 하나의 알루미늄 분말 및 알루미늄 합금 분말의 소결체(sintered body)를 포함하며,
(1) 상기 분말은 1 내지 10㎛의 평균 입경 D50을 갖고;
(2) 상기 소결체는 둘 이상의 소결층(sintered layer)을 포함하며, 인접하는 소결층에 포함되는 상기 분말은 평균 입경 D50이 적어도 0.5㎛의 차이;를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 전해 축전기용 전극재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 전기 전극재를 지지하는 기질을 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 전해 축전기용 전극재.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 기질은 알루미늄 호일(aluminum foil)인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 전해 축전기용 전극재.
- 제 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 기질의 양면에 전기 소결체가 형성되며,
(1) 각면의 상기 소결체의 두께는 각각 35 내지 500㎛이며;
(2) 상기 기질의 각면에 형성된 소결체의 각 층의 두께는 15㎛이상;
인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 전해 축전기용 전극재.
- 에칭 단계(etching step)를 포함하지 않으며,
(1) 적어도 하나의 알루미늄 분말 및 알루미늄 합금 분말의 조성물로 형성되는 둘 이상의 피막을 기질에 적층하는 제1 단계;
(2) 상기 560℃ 내지 660℃의 온도에서 둘 이상의 피막을 소결하는 제2 단계;를 포함하고, 여기서,
(i) 각 피막에 포함되는 상기 분말은 1 내지 10㎛의 평균 입경 D50을 갖고;
(ii) 인접 소결층에 포함되는 상기 분말은 적어도 0. 5㎛의 평균 입경 D50 차이;를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 전해 축전기용 전극재의 제조 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 기질의 각면에 두 층 이상의 피막이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 전해 축전기용 전극재의 제조 방법.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서,
소결한 두 층 이상의 피막을 양극 산화 처리(anodizing)하는 제 3 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 전해 축전기용 전극재의 제조 방법.
