Claims (10)
- 커피 또는 다른 뜨거운 음료를 준비하기 위해서 뜨거운 액체 또는 스팀의 형태로 유체를 가열하는 장치로서,
유체 입구 (10) 및 도관 (22, 30) 에 의해 사용자 장치 (26, 56) 로 연결되는 유체 출구 (20) 를 구비하고, 전원이 제어 수단 (18) 에 연결된 스위치 수단 (16) 에 의해 제어되는, 하나 이상의 전기 가열 소자 (14e, 14f) 와 연결되어 있고, 유체를 순환시키는 채널 (12, 12e, 12f) 이 장착된 본체 (13) 를 포함하고,
상기 장치는, 상기 채널을 따라 순환하는 유체와 직접적으로 또는 간접적으로 접촉하면서 상기 채널 또는 상기 채널의 출구에 배치되고, 상기 제어 수단에 연결되어 있는 하나 이상의 온도 센서 (48) 를 더 포함하며,
상기 제어 수단 및 스위치 수단은, 가열되는 유체가 제 1 온도로부터 상기 센서가 설치되어 있는 채널의 영역에서의 기준 온도까지 올라가도록 가열 소자를 제어하기 위해서 형성되어 있는 장치에 있어서,
유체 출구와 상기 사용자 장치의 사이에서 상기 도관에 연결되고 상기 제어 수단에 의해 제어되는 하나 이상의 전기 작동 밸브 (50a, 50b) 를 더 포함하며,
상기 제어 수단은, 유체 출구로부터 나오는 유체를 상기 센서에 의해 측정된 온도가 기준 온도에 도달하지 않은 경우에는 배수 탱크 (52) 또는 재순환 루프를 향하게 하고, 그리고 측정된 온도가 기준 온도에 도달하는 경우에는 사용자 장치를 향하게 하기 위해, 전기 작동 밸브를 제어하도록 설계되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를 가열하는 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
사용자 장치는 카트리지에 함유된 물질을 추출하는 유닛 (26) 및 스팀 분사 노즐 (56) 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를 가열하는 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
장치는 배압을 발생시키는 수단 (24a) 을 더 포함하고,
이 수단은 사용자 장치 (26) 의 입구에 배치되며, 전기 작동 밸브는 도관 (22) 의 바이패스 분관 (22a) 에 배치된 단일의 밸브 (50a) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를 가열하는 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
전기 작동 밸브는 도관에 배치된 3-방향 밸브이고, 3 개의 채널이 유체 출구, 배수 탱크 및 사용자 장치에 각각 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를 가열하는 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
온도 센서 (48) 는 상기 채널 (12) 안의 중간 온도를 측정하기 위해 배치되고, 기준 온도는 장치의 이론적인 중간 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를 가열하는 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
온도 센서는 장치의 출구에서의 온도를 측정하기 위해 채널의 출구에 배치되고, 기준 온도는 소망하는 출구 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를 가열하는 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제어 수단 (18) 은, 유체 출구 (20) 로부터 나온 유체를 상기 센서에 의해 측정된 온도가 기준 온도에 도달하지 않은 경우에는 배수 탱크 (52) 를 향하게 하기 위해 전기 작동 밸브 (50a, 50b) 를 제어하도록 설계되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를 가열하는 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제어 수단은, 유체 출구로부터 나온 유체를 상기 센서에 의해 측정된 온도가 기준 온도에 도달하지 않은 경우에는 재순환 루프를 향하게 하기 위해 전기 작동 밸브를 제어하도록 설계되어 있고,
상기 장치는 재순환 루프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를 가열하는 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 장치는 추출 방법 및 스팀 생산 방법을 포함하고,
상기 제어 수단 (18) 은:
추출 모드에서, 유체를 측정된 온도가 기준 온도에 도달한 경우에는 추출 장치 (26) 를 향하게 하기 위해 제 1 전기 작동 밸브 (50a) 를 제어하고,
스팀 생산 모드에서, 유체를 측정된 온도가 기준온도에 도달한 경우에는 스팀 분사 노즐 (56) 을 향하게 하기 위해 제 2 전기 작동 밸브 (50b) 를 제어하도록 설계된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를 가열하는 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제어 수단 (18) 및 스위치 수단 (16) 은 가열되는 유체가 제 1 온도로부터 상기 센서 (48) 가 설치되어 있는 채널 (12) 의 영역에서의 기준 온도까지 올라가도록 가열 소자를 제어하기 위해서 형성되어 있고, 기준 온도는 소망하는 출구 온도, 특히, 커피, 핫 초콜릿 또는 다른 음료를 생산하기 위한 소망하는 출구 온도에 따라 변할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를 가열하는 장치.
