Claims (8)
- 폐수에 처리약품을 혼합하여 유해물을 슬러지로 응집시켜 제거하는 폐수처리장치 중 고액분리장치에 있어서, 상기 고액분리장치는 외통 및 외통 내부 중앙에 장착되는 내통으로 구성되며, 상기 외통은 처리혼합수가 유입 원심력에 의해 내면을 따라 회전하도록 내면과 접하여 형성된 처리혼합수 유입구, 내통 외부 외통 내부 수면을 형성하는 부상물이 유출되는 부상물 유출구 및 처리수 방류구가 측면에 형성되며, 하부에는 침전물 유출구가 형성되며, 상기 내통은 하부가 개방되며 내부 일측에 필터에 의해 타 구역과 구분되는 처리수 방류 구역이 형성되며, 상기 내통 처리수 방류구역에서 연장되며 처리수 방류구에 도달되는 처리수 경로가 형성되는, 폐수처리용 고액분리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외통 및 내통은 원통 또는 장방형상인, 폐수처리용 고액분리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내통 외부 외통 내부 일측에 부상물 유동 방해 메시가 더욱 형성되는, 폐수처리용 고액분리장치.
- 폐수에 처리약품을 혼합하여 유해물을 슬러지로 응집시켜 제거하는 폐수처리장치 중 고액분리장치에서 분리된 슬러지를 탈수하는 탈수장치에 있어서, 상기 탈수장치는 탈수여액 유출구가 하부에 형성된 수집조 및 이를 관통하여 연장되는 이송경로를 포함하며, 이송경로 내부에는 모터에 의해 연동되는 회전축 및 회전축 외주에 결착된 나선형 플레이트가 구비되고, 수집조를 통과하는 이송경로 파이프에는 다수의 슬롯홀들이 형성되며, 상기 슬롯홀에 대응하여 나선형 플레이트 외주에는 브러시가 장착되는, 슬러지 탈수장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수집조 상류 이송경로 구역에는 부상물 및 침전물 입구가 각각 형성되는, 슬러지 탈수장치.
- 제1항의 폐수처리용 고액분리장치를 포함하는, 폐수에 처리약품을 혼합하여 유해물을 슬러지로 응집시켜 제거하는 폐수처리장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 고액분리장치 하류에 제4항의 슬러지 탈수장치를 더욱 포함하는, 폐수처리장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 고액분리장치 상류에 반응관 및 교반장치들이 직렬로 더욱 연통되어 장착되는 폐수처리장치.
