Description
도 1은 탈기 증기가 리보일러에 직접 첨가되는 예시적인 추출 증류 장치의 개략도를 나타낸다.
Claims (17)
- 공급 스트림(feed stream)으로부터의 추출물의 추출 증류를 위한 장치에 있어서,
추출 증류탑(extractive distillation column);
상기 추출 증류탑에 연결된 리보일러, 여기서 상기 리보일러는 내부 증기 분출 장치(internal steam sparger device)를 더 포함하며; 및
상기 내부 증기 분출 장치에 연결된 증기 입력 라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 추출 증류탑은 1단식 기화 시스템(one-stage vaporization system)인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 추출물은 방향족 탄화수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 방향족 탄화수소는 스티렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 증기 입력 라인은 증기계통 생성루프(steam system generation loop)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 리보일러는 케틀 리보일러(kettle reboiler)인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 공급 스트림으로부터의 추출물의 추출 증류를 위한 장치에 있어서,
추출 증류탑;
상기 추출 증류탑에 연결된 케틀 리보일러, 여기서 상기 케틀 리보일러는 내부 증기 분출 장치를 더 포함하며;
공급 스트림 입력 라인;
용매 입력 라인;
상기 내부 증기 분출 장치에 연결된 증기 입력 라인;
증류액(distillate)과 용매의 혼합물을 제거하기 위한 출력 라인, 및
증기 출력 라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 추출 증류탑은 1단식 기화 시스템인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 추출물은 방향족 탄화수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 방향족 탄화수소는 스티렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 증기 입력 라인은 증기계통 생성루프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 공급 스트림으로부터의 추출물의 추출 증류를 위한 장치에 있어서,
추출 증류탑;
상기 추출 증류탑에 연결된 리보일러, 여기서 상기 리보일러는 내부 공간과 외부 표면을 포함하며; 및
상기 리보일러의 내부 공간에 연결된 증기 입력 라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 리보일러는 케틀 리보일러, 열사이펀 리보일러(thermosyphon reboiler) 및 강제 순환식 리보일러(forced circulation reboiler)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 리보일러는 상기 증기 입력 라인에 연결된 내부 증기 분출 장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 적어도 하나의 탄화수소를 포함하는 공급 스트림으로부터의 추출물의 추출 증류를 위한 방법에 있어서,
(a) 탄화수소/용매 혼합물을 형성하기 위해 용매를 사용하여 상기 공급 스트림으로부터 상기 적어도 하나의 탄화수소를 추출하는 단계;
(b) 탈기 증기를 리보일러 동체(reboiler shell)로 직접 분사하는 단계;
(c) 가열 매체로서의 증기를 리보일러관(reboiler tube)에 첨가하는 단계;
(d) 상기 리보일러 동체 내부에 위치한 증기 분출 장치를 통해 상기 탄화수소/용매 혼합물을 탈기 증기와 혼합하는 단계; 및
(e) 상기 탄화수소/용매 혼합물을 기화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 기화 단계 이후에 상기 탄화소수/용매 혼합물로부터 상기 적어도 하나의 탄화수소를 분리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 리보일러 동체는 케틀 리보일러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
