Claims (4)
- 코일(11)이 권취된 제1몸체(10)가 좌측단을 감싸며 결합된 제2몸체(20)와, 상기 제2몸체(20)의 우측단 내측에 삽입되어 결합되며 작동유가 유입/배출되는 제1,2유로(31,32)가 외주면과 우측단에 각각 통공된 슬리브(30)가 형성된 솔레노이드밸브에 있어서,
상기 슬리브(30) 내측에 삽입되어 좌우방향으로 직선운동되며 작동유가 유입/배출되도록 상단 외주면과 우측단에 각각 형성된 제1,2오리피스(41,42)와, 상기 제1오리피스(41)로 유입된 작동유가 수용되는 제1챔버(43)가 형성된 파일럿포핏(40)과;
상기 파일럿포핏(40) 내측에 삽입된 일측단이 제1스프링(51)에 의해 지지되며, 제1챔버(43)로 유입된 작동유가 외주면을 따라 형성된 제3유로(52)를 통해 이송되어 수용되는 제2챔버(53)가 형성된 메인포핏(50)과;
우측단에 메인포핏(50) 좌측단이 삽입되어 고정되도록 ''자형태로 형성된 수용홈(61)과, 제2챔버(43)의 작동유가 외주면을 따라 형성된 제4유로(62)를 통해 이송되어 수용되는 제3챔버(63)와, 좌측단에 형성된 일직선 형태의 제2스프링홈(641)에 일측이 삽입되어 제3챔버(63)에 지지된 제2스프링(54)이 형성된 플런저(60)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이중포핏 솔레노이드 밸브. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 메인포핏(50)은 코일(11)에 여자전류 인가 또는 해제시 플런저(60)와 함께 좌우방향으로 직선이동되며 제2오리피스(42)가 개방 또는 폐쇄되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이중포핏 솔레노이드 밸브. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 파일럿포핏(40)은 플런저(60)가 좌우방향으로 직선이동시 메인포핏(50)과 함께 직선이동되며 제2유로(32)가 개방 또는 폐쇄되도록 일측단이 송곳형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이중포핏 솔레노이드 밸브. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 메인포핏(50)과 파일럿포핏(40)은 코일(11)에 여자전류 해제시 제1오리피스(41)를 따라 유입된 작동유가 제3챔버(63), 제2챔버(53), 제1챔버(43) 내부로 순차적으로 수용되며 메인포핏(50)과 파일럿포핏(40)에 의해 제2오리피스(42)와 제2유로(32)의 기밀이 유지되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이중포핏 솔레노이드 밸브.
