Claims (10)
- 초점이 고정된 초점 무조정 카메라 모듈에 있어서,
이미지 센서;
상기 이미지 센서가 안착되는 인쇄회로기판;
상기 이미지 센서 상면에 설치되며 내부에 렌즈가 수용되는 배럴;
상기 인쇄회로기판 상에 부착되며 상기 배럴을 수용하는 홀더; 및
상기 배럴의 외주연과 홀더의 내주연을 접착하는 접착수단을 포함하는 초점 무조정 카메라 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 접착수단은 배럴과 홀더의 상단부에서 양자를 상호 접합하는 초점 무조정 카메라 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 접착수단은 열경화성 수지이다.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 접착수단은 에폭시이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 이미지 센서는 칩 온 보드 타입의 센서인 초점 무조정 카메라 모듈.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 배럴의 하단면은 상기 이미지 센서의 상면에 밀착되는 초점 무조정 카메라 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 이미지 센서는 칩 스케일 패키지 타입의 센서이며, 이미지 센서의 상면에는 커버부재가 더 설치되는 초점 무조정 카메라 모듈.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 배럴의 하단면은 상기 커버부재의 상면에 밀착되는 초점 무조정 카메라 모듈.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 배럴의 기구물 높이에 의해 초점 심도가 결정되는 초점 무조정 카메라 모듈.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 홀더는 상기 배럴의 조립 위치를 가이드 하는 가이드로서 역할하는 초점 무조정 카메라 모듈.
