Description
도 3 및 도 4는 본 발명의 선박용 알루미늄 LNG 저장 탱크 보강재 용접 공정을 나타내는 도면.
Claims (2)
2) 수평편이 하부에 위치되도록 가로 방향 보강재를 등간격 배치하는 단계;
3) 등간격 배치된 가로 방향 보강재 사이에 수평편과 직교되게 세로 방향 수평편을 등간격 배치 후 상호 용접하는 단계;
4) 상기 수평편 위에 수직편을 용접하여 격자 형태의 보강재를 형성하는 단계; 및
5) 형성된 격자 형태 보강재를 수평편이 상부를 향하도록 한 후 판재에 용접하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 알루미늄 LNG 저장 탱크 보강재 용접방법.
상기 각각의 보강재는 압축된 T형 알루미늄(AL)인 것을 특징으로 선박용 알루미늄 LNG 저장 탱크 보강재 용접방법.
