Abstract
본 발명품의 보일러는 다른 보일러에 비해 그 구조가 매우 간단하여 잔고장이 발생할 여지가 상대적으로 적어서 유지 보수가 용이하다.
Description
A. 전기단자 - 전원을 공급하는 전선이다.
B. 세라믹 봉 - 탄소나노튜브섬유를 지지해주고 열을 외부로 반사해준다.
C. 매체 - 탄소나노튜브섬유의 산화를 방지하고 발생한 열을 외부로 전달해 준다.
D. 탄소나노튜브섬유 - 열을 발생시킨다.
E. 동 봉 - 매체의 열을 물에 전달한다.
F. 순환펌프 - 물을 강제 순환시킨다.
G. 물 - 열을 흡수하여 난방과 온수에 사용된다.
H. 발열봉 통 - 발열장치를 감싸고 보호하며, 수로역할을 한다.
도면2. 탄소나노튜브섬유의 직조방법에 관한 도면.
A. 한가닥으로 격자모양의 섬유를 직조하여 양쪽 끝에 나온 시작 끈과 마침 끈에 전원을 공급할 수 있도록 제작한다.

A. 접속단자 - 전원을 공급한다.
B. 컨트롤박스 - 보일러 각 부위의 온도와 동작을 조절한다.
C. 발열봉 - 열원으로서 보일러에 열을 공급한다.
D. 가열 수로 - 발열통 주위에 물이 흐르면서 기포 생성을 억제하며, 가열하는 장치이다.
E. 수통 - 순환펌프의 물이 발열봉에 접촉하게 하는 장치이다.
F. 본체 - 보일러의 본체로 단열 된 상태를 유지한다.
G. 순환펌프 - 보일러 내의 순환과 온수공급을 위한 장치이다.
H. 파이프 - 온수를 공급하는 파이프이다.
I. 리턴 파이프 - 사용된 용수가 회수되는 파이프이다.
J. 보충수 탱크 - 용수를 공급하는 장치이다.
K. 바이패스 배관 - 보일러에서 발생한 고온의 공기를 보충 수 탱크로 배출한다.
