Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 배기가스 공급 장치의 제1 실시형태의 개략적으로 매우 단순화된 도면을 도시한다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 배기가스 공급 장치의 제2 실시형태를 구성하도록 배기 매니폴드와 결합될 수 있는 더블-채널 터빈 하우징의 도 1에 상응하는 도면을 도시한다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 배기가스 공급 장치의 제3 실시형태의 도 1에 상응하는 도면을 도시한다.
도 4는 가변 터빈 기하형상을 가진 본 발명에 따른 배기가스 공급 장치의 터빈 하우징의 안내 장치의 개략적으로 매우 단순화된 평면도를 도시한다.
도 5는 별도의 플랜지들을 구비한 본 발명에 따른 다른 변형예의 개략적으로 매우 단순화된 도면을 도시한다.
도 6은 배기 매니폴드 변형예의 단순화된 도면을 도시한다.
Claims (15)
- 제1 부피를 형성하는 제1 나선 길이를 가진 제1 채널(5), 및 제2 부피를 형성하는 제2 나선 길이를 가진 제2 채널(6)을 구비한 2채널 터빈 하우징(4)을 포함하는 배기가스 터보차저(3)의 터빈 휠(2)의 배기가스 공급 장치(1)에서,
내연기관(8)에 연결될 수 있는 배기 매니폴드(7)로, 제1 부피를 가진 제1 매니폴드 배기가스 경로 길이를 형성하도록 내연기관(8)의 제1 실린더들(Z1, Z4)을 연결하는 제1 매니폴드 채널(9), 및 제2 부피를 가진 제2 매니폴드 배기가스 경로 길이를 형성하도록 제2 실린더들(Z2, Z3)을 연결하는 제2 매니폴드 채널(10)을 구비하며, 결합된 채널들(9, 10, 5, 6)의 전체 배기가스 경로 길이가 실질적으로 동일하도록 매니폴드 채널들(9, 10)과 터빈 하우징(4)의 채널들(5, 6)이 결합될 수 있는 것인 배기 매니폴드(7)를 특징으로 하는 공급 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
2개의 결합된 채널들은 전체 부피가 대략 동일한 것인 공급 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
터빈 하우징(4)은 더블-채널 하우징인 것인 공급 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
터빈 하우징(4)은 트윈-채널 하우징인 것인 공급 장치. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
터빈 하우징(4)은 안내 장치(14) 및 조정 가능한 블레이드(15)들을 이용하여 가변 터빈 기하형상을 가진 것인 공급 장치. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
터빈 하우징(4)은 웨이스트게이트 플랩 및 조정 가능한 블레이드(15)들을 구비한 안내 장치(14)를 이용하여 가변 터빈 기하형상을 가진 것인 공급 장치. - 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
안내 장치(14)에는 안내 장치 채널 분리부(16, 17, 18, 19)가 구비되는 것인 공급 장치. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
터빈 하우징(4)에는 웨이스트게이트 플랩 장치가 구비되는 것인 공급 장치. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
터빈 하우징(4)과 배기 매니폴드(7)는 해제 가능한 연결 장치에 의해 서로 연결되는 것인 공급 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
연결 장치는 나사 연결부(13)를 구비한 플랜지 연결부(11, 12)로 설계되는 것인 공급 장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
터빈 하우징(4)의 제1 및 제2 채널(5, 6)은 공간적으로 상이하게 위치된 플랜지 연결부를 포함하는 것인 공급 장치. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
터빈 하우징(4)과 배기 매니폴드(7)는 서로 일체형으로 형성되는 것인 공급 장치. - 제12항에 있어서,
터빈 하우징(4)과 배기 매니폴드(7)는 용접되거나 또는 일체형 주조 부품으로 형성되는 것인 공급 장치. - 터빈 휠(2)을 위한 배기가스 공급 장치(1), 및 제1항의 전제부에 따른 2채널 터빈 하우징(4)을 포함하는 배기가스 터보차저(3)로,
