Abstract
이에 의하여, 에이비에스(ABS)를 기반으로 리타더를 연동시킴으로써 운전자의 능동적인 제동이 힘든 경우 이씨유의 명령으로 주 브레이크를 작동시켜 제동을 할 수 있다.

도 2는 본 발명에 따른 차량용 에이비에스(ABS) 기반의 자동비상제동시스템의 제어 흐름도.
도 3은 도 2에서 이씨유(ECU)의 명령으로 주 브레이크가 작동되는 원리를 설명하기 위한 도면.

Claims (5)
- (a) 선행차와 충돌할 때까지의 시간(TTC, Time to Collision)이 제1 시간 이전인지 판단하여, 그렇다면 리타더를 제1 단으로 제어하여 운전자에게 충돌 경고 단계임을 인지시키고 그렇지 않다면 운전자가 능동적인 제동을 하였는지 판단하는 단계와;
(b) 선행차와 충돌할 때까지의 시간이 제3 시간(제3 시간 < 제1 시간) 이전인지 판단하여, 그렇다면 리타더를 제3 단으로 제어하는 동시에 이씨유(ECU)의 명령으로 주 브레이크(foot brake)를 작동시켜 운전자에게 긴급 제동 단계임을 인지시키고 그렇지 않다면 운전자가 능동적인 제동을 하였는지 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에이비에스(ABS) 기반의 자동비상제동시스템의 제어 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
에이비에스(ABS) 제어 라인의 에어 챔버 및 압력 조절 밸브 사이에 프론트 솔레노이드 및 리어 솔레노이드를 더 포함하여,
상기 (b) 단계에서 이씨유의 명령에 의해 상기 프론트 솔레노이드 및 상기 리어 솔레노이드에 상기 에어 챔버의 에어가 공급되어 개방됨으로써 주 브레이크가 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에이비에스(ABS) 기반의 자동비상제동시스템의 제어 방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
(c) 상기 (b) 단계 전, 선행차와 충돌할 때까지의 시간이 제2 시간(제3 시간 < 제2 시간 < 제1 시간) 이전인지 판단하여, 그렇다면 리타더를 제2 단으로 제어하는 동시에 엔진 출력을 제한하여 상기 (a) 단계보다 긴급한 상황임을 경고하고 그렇지 않다면 운전자가 능동적인 제동을 하였는지 판단하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에이비에스(ABS) 기반의 자동비상제동시스템의 제어 방법. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 (a), (b), (c) 단계에서, 운전자가 능동적인 제동을 한 경우 자동비상제동시스템의 기능을 해제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에이비에스(ABS) 기반의 자동비상제동시스템의 제어 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
(d) 상기 (b) 단계에서 리타더가 제3 단으로 제어되는 동시에 이씨유(ECU)의 명령으로 주 브레이크(foot brake)가 작동된 후, 운전자가 능동적인 제동을 하지 않았는지 판단하는 단계와;
(e) 상기 (d) 단계에서, 운전자가 능동적인 제동을 하였다면 운전자의 능동적인 제동력이 자동비상제동시스템의 제동력보다 큰지 판단하여, 그렇다면 자동비상제동시스템의 기능을 해제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에이비에스(ABS) 기반의 자동비상제동시스템의 제어 방법.
