도 2는 본 발명에 따른 고전압 배터리와 배터리 케이스의 분해 시시도,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 사각빔을 설명하기 위한 도 1의 Ⅰ-Ⅰ선 단면도,
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 보강브라켓을 설명하기 위한 도 2의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선 단면도이다.

Claims (5)
- 기밀이 유지된 배터리 케이스내에 고전압 배터리가 수납되어 고정되고, 상기 고전압 배터리가 수납된 상기 배터리 케이스가 차량 외부에서 차체를 구성하는 바디패널에 고정 설치된 고전압 배터리의 차량 설치구조에 있어서,
상기 배터리 케이스의 내부 바닥면에는 상기 배터리 케이스의 횡강성을 증대시키기 위한 다수개의 보강브라켓이 일체로 결합되어 설치되고;
상기 보강브라켓에 상기 고전압 배터리가 고정되게 설치된 것
을 특징으로 하는 고전압 배터리의 차량 설치구조. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 배터리 케이스는
플라스틱으로 형성된 상부케이스와;
상기 상부케이스와 박스구조를 이루도록 조립되고 상기 보강브라켓이 내부 바닥면에 결합된 스틸재질 하부케이스와;
상기 상부케이스와 상기 하부케이스 사이에 삽입 설치되어서 기밀을 유지하는 개스킷부재
로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 배터리의 차량 설치구조. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 배터리 케이스의 밑면이 다수개의 스틸재질 사각빔에 의해 지지되고;
상기 사각빔의 단부에는 박스구조를 갖춘 마운팅브라켓이 결합되며;
상기 사각빔의 단부와 상기 마운팅브라켓이 볼트에 의해 관통되고;
상기 볼트가 상기 바디패널에 체결되어 설치되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 고전압 배터리의 차량 설치구조. - 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 사각빔은 내부가 비어있는 구조로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 배터리의 차량 설치구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 배터리 케이스는 차량의 실외측에서 차체를 구성하는 언더 플로어패널에 고정 설치된 것
을 특징으로 하는 고전압 배터리의 차량 설치구조.
