- 하기 화학식 6으로 표시되는 (S)-2-아미노-3-메틸부탄논산 벤질 에스테르 염산염을 발레릴 클로라이드와 반응물의 pH가 8내지 9가 유지되는 조건에서 N-아실화 반응시켜 하기 화학식 7로 표시되는 (S)-3-메틸-2-펜탄아미도부탄논산 벤질 에스테르를 제조하는 단계<단계 1>;
하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 4'-(브로모메틸)바이페닐-2-카르보니트릴을 화학식 7로 표시되는 (S)-3-메틸-2-펜탄아미도부탄논산 벤질 에스테르와 염기 존재하에서 반응시켜 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 (S)-2-(N-((2'-(시아노바이페닐-4-일)메틸)펜탄아미도)-3-메틸부탄논산 벤질 에스테르를 제조하는 단계<단계 2>;
하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 (S)-2-(N-((2'-(시아노바이페닐-4-일)메틸)펜탄아미도)-3-메틸부탄논산 벤질 에스테르를 트리부틸틴 아지드와 가열.환류하여 하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 (S)-2-(N-((2'-(1H-테트라졸-5-일)바이페닐-4-일)메틸)펜탄아미도)-3-메틸부탄논산 벤질 에스테르를 제조하는 단계<단계 3>; 및
