Claims (8)
- 표면에 윤활제로서 육각형 질화 붕소의 제공 방법에 있어서,
육각형 질화 붕소가 고체의 형태로 제공되고, 상기 고체는 윤활될 표면에 마찰됨으로써, 고체의 질화 붕소 성분이 분리되어 표면에 마멸 성분으로서 달라붙어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제의 제공 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고체는 실질적으로 육각형 질화 붕소의 소결에 의해 얻어지는 것을
- 제 1항 및 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 마멸 성분은 적어도 5 바아, 바람직하게는 10 바아 내지 40 바아, 특히 바람직하게는 30 바아의 압력에 의한 마찰에 의해 얻어지는 것을
- 아크 소스의 제한 링의 베이어닛 슬릿에 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법의 적용.
- 윤활제로서 육각형 질화 붕소를 적어도 부분적으로 포함하는 베이어닛 슬릿의 영역에 있는 표면을 가진 베이어닛 슬릿을 가진 아크 소스의 제한 링에 있어서,
육각형 질화 붕소가 복합체의 형태로 표면에 접착하고, 다수의 복합체는 각각 다수의 견고하게 결합된 분말 입자로 구성되고, 분말 입자들의 결합은 바람직하게 소결 공정에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제한 링. - 육각형 질화 붕소로 이루어진 고체에 있어서, 상기 고체는 핀으로서 주어지고, 이로 인해 고체가 슬릿 내로 삽입될 수 있고 그 벽에서 고체가 마찰될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 핀은 하나 이상의 원통형 단부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 따른 고체로 이루어진 심을 포함하는 샤프 펜슬.
