Claims (8)
- 내부에 회전 가능한 세탁조를 설치한 수조를 하우징체 내에 방진 지지하는 서스펜션을 구비한 세탁기에 있어서,
상기 서스펜션은 유체 댐퍼 수단과 마찰 댐퍼 수단을 구비하여 이루어지고,
상기 유체 댐퍼 수단은 상기 수조의 진동에 따라 통형상의 실린더 내를 왕복 운동하는 샤프트와, 상기 실린더 내에 수용되고 전기적 에너지의 인가에 의해 점성이 변화되는 기능성 유체를 갖고, 상기 기능성 유체의 점성이 상기 샤프트의 왕복 운동에 저항하도록 기능함으로써 상기 수조의 진동을 감쇠시키는 구성으로 하고,
상기 마찰 댐퍼 수단은 상기 유체 댐퍼 수단과 상기 샤프트를 통하여 직렬로 배치되고, 진동시에 상기 샤프트의 왕복 운동에 슬라이딩 접촉하여 마찰력을 발생시키며, 상기 마찰력이 상기 샤프트의 왕복 운동에 저항하도록 기능함으로써 상기 수조의 진동을 감쇠시키는 구성으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 서스펜션은 상기 샤프트를 상기 실린더로부터 외방으로 인출하는 방향으로 힘을 가하는 코일 스프링을 구비하고, 상기 마찰 댐퍼 수단은 상기 코일 스프링의 일단을 지지하는 상기 실린더의 외단부에 있어서, 둘레를 상기 코일 스프링으로 둘러싼 범위에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 실린더의 외단부에는 상기 코일 스프링의 일단을 끼워 맞춤 지지하는 통형상의 스프링 받이부를 설치하고, 상기 스프링 받이부의 통형상 길이는 상기 코일 스프링의 밀착 길이보다 작게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 마찰 댐퍼 수단에 의한 마찰력은 상기 샤프트에 슬라이딩 접촉되는 통형상의 탄성 마찰체에 의해 발생되는 구성으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 마찰 댐퍼 수단에 의한 마찰력은 상기 샤프트에 슬라이딩 접촉되는 그리스에 의해 발생되는 구성으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 실린더 내에 수용되는 상기 기능성 유체는 상기 실린더 내의 상, 하부에 각각 배치된 유체 시일 사이와 상기 샤프트의 외주면 사이에 형성된 환상의 공극 내에 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 실린더내를 왕복 운동하는 상기 샤프트의 상하에 서로 대향하는 시일 부재를 배치하고, 상기 시일 부재 사이와 상기 샤프트 외주면 사이에 형성되는 그리스 저류부에 상기 그리스를 충전한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기. - 제 5 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 그리스는 일본공업규격분류에 의한 조도(稠度) 0호~3호까지의 우레아계 그리스인 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기.
