Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 아연-알루미늄-마그네슘 합금 도금용 잉곳 제조방법의 순서도.
Claims (2)
- 아연-알루미늄-마그네슘 합금 도금 층 제조에 소요되는 아연-알루미늄-마그네슘 합금 도금용 잉곳의 제조 방법에 있어서,
제조하고자 하는 잉곳의 마그네슘 조성으로부터 계산된 양만큼 고체 상태의 마그네슘 혹은 고체 상태의 마그네슘 합금을 제1 주형 틀 내에 넣는 단계와;
제조하고자 하는 잉곳의 알루미늄 조성으로부터 계산된 양만큼 고체 상태의 알루미늄 혹은 고체 상태의 알루미늄 합금을 용해로에서 660℃ 이상의 온도로 가열하여 용융시킨 후 제1 주형 틀 내에 주입하는 단계와;
제1 주형 틀 내의 금속을 냉각시킨 후에 제1 주형 틀로부터 꺼내어 알루미늄-마그네슘 혼합 금속을 준비하는 단계와;
고체 상태의 아연을 용해로에서 420℃ 이상의 온도로 가열하여 용융시킨 후 목표로 하는 크기의 잉곳을 제조할 수 있는 제2 주형 틀에 부어서 채우는 단계와;
제2 주형 틀 내에 채워진 아연에 상기 알루미늄-마그네슘 혼합 금속을 넣는 단계와;
잉곳 제조에 필요한 알루미늄-마그네슘을 넣은 후에 제2 주형 틀 내에 잉곳 제조에 필요한 아연의 남은 양을 붓는 단계; 및
제2 주형 틀 내의 금속을 냉각시켜 응고시킨 후에 꺼내는 단계;
를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연-알루미늄-마그네슘 합금 도금용 잉곳 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 잉곳 제조에 필요한 알루미늄-마그네슘을 넣은 후에 제2 주형 틀 내에 잉곳 제조에 필요한 아연의 남은 양을 붓는 단계는, 잉곳 제조에 필요한 아연의 일부로서 고체 상태의 아연을 제2 주형 틀 내 알루미늄-마그네슘 혼합금속 위에 놓는 단계와, 잉곳 제조에 필요한 아연의 나머지로서 용융 상태의 아연을 제2 주형 틀 내에 붓는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연-알루미늄-마그네슘 합금 도금용 잉곳 제조방법.
