Abstract
본 발명은 이에 따라, PCV접지패드와 접지되는 다수의 SMT접지단자와 FPC접지패드와 접지되는 다수의 그라운드(GROUND)접지단자를 동시에 갖는 쉘(SHELL) 부품과 ㅈ케이좌우에 걸림돌기가 있어 커넥터에 체결된 FPC가 빠지지 못하도록 잡아주는 슬라이더(SLIDER) 부품과 케이스(CASE)와 함께 사출 시 결합되어 일체형되는 쉘(SHELL)으(CASE) 을 포함한 케이스(CASE) 부품과 FPC와 PCB로 신호가 전달되게 하는 단자(PIN) 부품을 포함하게 구성된다.

도 3은 도 2에서 케이스(CASE)에 쉘(SHELL)이 결합된 평면도,
도 4는 도 1을 저면에서 보아 FPC와 다수의 그라운드(GROUND)접지단자가 접지된 것을 도시한 도면,
도 5는 도 1이 PCB와 다수의 SMT접지단자가 접지된 것을 도시한 도면,
도 6은 도 4에서 FPC에 슬라이더(SLIDER)의 걸림돌기가 걸려 결합되는 것을 도시한 사시도이다.

Claims (5)
- 케이스;
상기 케이스와 일체형으로 형성되되, 테두리를 따라 SMT접지단자와 함께 그라운드(GROUND)접지단자가 구비된 쉘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속신호전송용 플렉시블 커넥터. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 쉘은 막대형상을 이루며, 좌우 양단은 좌우방향으로 SMT접지단자가 돌출됨과 함께 전(前)방향으로 절곡되고, 다시 끝단이 내측으로 절곡되게 이루어지며,
상기 내측으로 절곡된 부위는 전(前)방향으로 SMT접지단자가 돌출되고, 후방향으로 그라운드(GROUND)접지단자가 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속신호전송용 플렉시블 커넥터. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 쉘은 상기 케이스의 사출 성형과정에서 상기 케이스와 결합되어 함께 사출되어 일체형을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속신호전송용 플렉시블 커넥터. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 쉘은 상기 SMT접지단자와 상기 그라운드(GROUND)접지단자가 동시에 접지되면서 발생하는 전자파장애를 PCB와 FPC로 방출 및 분산시켜는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속신호전송용 플렉시블 커넥터. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 케이스는,
좌우 양측면이 상호 대칭되게 걸림돌기가 돌출되어 커넥터에 체결된 FPC의 이탈 방지를 위한 슬라이더를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속신호전송용 플렉시블 커넥터.
