Claims (23)
- 무기물을 수성 현탁액에 분산시키는 방법으로서,
20∼85°의 시야각에 무관한 광택 활성화제로서, 약이온성 및 수용성 공중합체를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 공중합체는 하나 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체 상에 그래프팅된 하나 이상의 알콕시 또는 히드록시 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 작용기를 보유하며, 고유 점도법으로서 공지된 방법에 따라 측정시 고유 점도가 100 ml/g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 충전제 및 안료의 건조 중량에 대하여 공중합체를 0.05∼5 건조 중량% 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기물은 탄산칼슘, 돌로마이트, 카올린, 하소 카올린, 탈크, 석고, 이산화티탄, 새틴 화이트 또는 삼수산화알루미늄, 운모 및 탈크-탄산칼슘 또는 탄산칼슘-카올린 혼합물에서 선택되는 이들 충전제의 혼합물, 또는 탄산칼슘과 삼수산화알루미늄의 혼합물, 또는 합성 또는 천연 섬유와의 혼합물, 또는 탈크-탄산칼슘 또는 탈크-이산화티탄 공동 구조체에서 선택되는 무기물의 공동 구조체, 및 천연 탄산칼슘에서 선택되는 탄산칼슘 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 의해 수득되는 무기물의 수성 현탁액으로서, 상기 공중합체를 포함하며, 충전제 및 안료의 건조 중량에 대하여 공중합체를 0.05∼5 건조 중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기물의 수성 현탁액.
- 제4항에 있어서, 무기물은 탄산칼슘, 돌로마이트, 카올린, 하소 카올린, 탈크, 석고, 이산화티탄, 새틴 화이트 또는 삼수산화알루미늄, 운모 및 탈크-탄산칼슘 또는 탄산칼슘-카올린 혼합물에서 선택되는 이들 충전제의 혼합물, 또는 탄산칼슘과 삼수산화알루미늄의 혼합물, 또는 합성 또는 천연 섬유와의 혼합물, 탈크-탄산칼슘 또는 탈크-이산화티탄 공동 구조체에서 선택되는 무기물의 공동 구조체, 대리석, 방해석, 백악 또는 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 천연 탄산칼슘에서 선택되는 탄산칼슘인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기물의 수성 현탁액.
- 무기물을 수성 현탁액 중에서 분쇄하는 방법으로서,

- 제6항에 의해 수득되는 분쇄된 무기물의 수성 현탁액으로서, 상기 공중합체를 포함하며, 충전제 및 안료의 건조 중량에 대하여 상기 공중합체를 0.05∼5 건조 중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분쇄된 무기물의 수성 현탁액.
