Claims (11)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 식 (1) 로 나타내는 Rf 가, 탄소수 2 또는 3 의 퍼플루오로알킬기인 함불소 N-알킬술포닐이미드 화합물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 식 (1) 로 나타내는 Rf 가 탄소수 1 ∼ 4 의 퍼플루오로알킬기이고, R 이 탄소수 2 이상의 알킬기인 함불소 N-알킬술포닐이미드 화합물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 식 (1) 로 나타내는 Rf 가 불소이고, R 이 탄소수 3 이상의 알킬기인 함불소 N-알킬술포닐이미드 화합물. - 하기 식 (2) 로 나타내는 함불소 술포닐이미드산 또는 하기 식 (3) 으로 나타내는 함불소 술포닐이미드산염을, 하기 식 (4) 로 나타내는 황산디알킬 또는 하기 식 (5) 로 나타내는 탄산디알킬에 의해 알킬화하는 함불소 N-알킬술포닐이미드 화합물의 제조 방법.
단, 상기 식 (2) 및 상기 식 (3) 에 있어서, Rf 는 불소 또는 탄소수 1 ∼ 4 의 퍼플루오로알킬기이다. 또, 상기 식 (3) 에 있어서, M 은 Li, Na, K 중 어느 1 종의 원소이다. 또한, 상기 식 (4) 및 상기 식 (5) 에 있어서, R 은 탄소수 1 이상의 알킬기이다. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 식 (2) 로 나타내는 함불소 술포닐이미드산 또는 상기 식 (3) 으로 나타내는 함불소 술포닐이미드산염에 대해 몰비 1 ∼ 50 배의 상기 식 (4) 로 나타내는 황산디알킬 또는 상기 식 (5) 로 나타내는 탄산디알킬을 첨가하여 알킬화하는 함불소 N-알킬술포닐이미드 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,
함불소 N-알킬술포닐이미드 화합물의 용해도가 100 g/ℓ 이하의 용매를 첨가하여, 상기 알킬화하는 함불소 N-알킬술포닐이미드 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 알킬화를 산성 조건하에서 실시하는 함불소 N-알킬술포닐이미드 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 알킬화 후에 물을 첨가하여, 미반응의 상기 황산디알킬을 분해하는 함불소 N-알킬술포닐이미드 화합물의 제조 방법. - 알킬화되어 카티온을 생성하는 화합물을, 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 함불소 N-알킬술포닐이미드 화합물에 의해 알킬화하는 이온성 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 알킬화되어 카티온을 생성하는 화합물이, 트리알킬아민, 알킬이미다졸, 알킬피리딘, 알킬피롤리딘 또는 알킬피페리딘 등의 제 3 급 아민류인 이온성 화합물의 제조 방법.
