Claims (16)
- (i) 플라스틱과, 여기에 부착되는
(ii) 폴리이소시아네이트 중부가 생성물을 포함하는 복합 부재로서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 중부가 생성물은,
(a) 이소시아네이트와
(b) 이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성인 기를 가지는 화합물,
(c) 촉매,
(d) 적당한 경우, 발포제, 및
(e) 적당한 경우, 추가의 첨가제를 혼합하여 반응 혼합물을 형성하고, 이 반응 혼합물의 반응을 완료시켜 폴리이소시아네이트 중부가 생성물을 형성하는 것을 통해 얻고, 상기 (b) 이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성인 기를 가지는 화합물은 산 성분 및 몰질량이 500 g/mol 미만인 하나 이상의 저 분자량 디올 과량의 중축합에 의해 생성될 수 있는 폴리에스테르 폴리알콜을 접착 촉진제로서 포함하며, 상기 산 성분은 아디프산 83∼97 몰%와 프탈산, 이소프탈산 및/또는 테레프탈산 3∼17 몰%를 포함하는 것인 복합 부재. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산 성분은 아디프산 및 프탈산, 이소프탈산 및/또는 테레프탈산 이외의 추가의 2가 또는 다가 카르복실산을 포함하지 않는 것인 복합 부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산 성분은 아디프산 및 이소프탈산을 포함하는 것인 복합 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 저 분자량 디올은 모노에틸렌 글리콜, 1,3-프로판디올, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,5-펜탄디올, 또는 1,6-헥산디올인 복합 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 접착 촉진제의 하이드록시가가 40∼100인 복합 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 접착 촉진제의 비율이, (b) 이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성인 기를 가지는 화합물의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.5∼10 중량%인 복합 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 중부가 생성물 (ii)은 치밀한(compact) 폴리우레탄, 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체, 반강성 폴리우레탄 발포체 또는 인테그랄(integral) 발포체인 복합 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 (i)은 열가소성 물질인 복합 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 (i)은 전기 전도체의 절연체인 복합 부재.
- (i) 플라스틱과, 여기에 부착되는
(ii) 폴리이소시아네이트 중부가 생성물을 포함하는 복합 부재로서,
상기 폴리이소시아네이트 중부가 생성물은,
(a) 이소시아네이트와
(b) 이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성인 기를 가지는 화합물,
(c) 촉매,
(d) 적당한 경우, 발포제, 및
(e) 적당한 경우, 추가의 첨가제를 혼합하여 반응 혼합물을 형성하고, 이 반응 혼합물의 반응을 완료시켜 폴리이소시아네이트 중부가 생성물을 형성하는 것을 통해 얻고, 상기 (b) 이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성인 기를 가지는 화합물은 산 성분 및 몰질량이 500 g/mol 미만인 하나 이상의 저 분자량 디올 과량의 중축합에 의해 생성될 수 있는 폴리에스테르 폴리알콜을 접착 촉진제로서 포함하며, 상기 저 분자량 디올은 디올의 총량을 기준으로 5∼66 몰%의 1,3-프로판디올을 포함하는 것인 복합 부재. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 산 성분은 아디프산을 90 중량% 이상 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 디올은 모노에틸렌 글리콜, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,5-펜탄디올, 및 1,6-헥산디올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 추가의 디올을 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- (i) 플라스틱과, 여기에 부착되는
(ii) 폴리이소시아네이트 중부가 생성물을 포함하는 복합 부재의 제조 방법으로서,
(a) 이소시아네이트를
(b) 이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성인 기를 가지는 화합물,
(c) 촉매,
(d) 적당한 경우, 발포제, 및
(e) 적당한 경우, 추가의 첨가제와 혼합하여 반응 혼합물을 형성하고, 이 반응 혼합물의 반응을 완료시켜 폴리이소시아네이트 중부가 생성물을 형성하며, 상기 (b) 이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성인 기를 가지는 화합물은 산 성분 및 몰질량이 500 g/mol 미만인 하나 이상의 저 분자량 디올 과량의 중축합에 의해 생성될 수 있는 폴리에스테르 폴리알콜을 접착 촉진제로서 포함하며, 상기 산 성분은 아디프산 83∼97 몰%와 프탈산, 이소프탈산 및/또는 테레프탈산 3∼17 몰%를 포함하는 것인 제조 방법. - (i) 플라스틱과, 여기에 부착되는

(e) 적당한 경우, 추가의 첨가제와 혼합하여 반응 혼합물을 형성하고, 이 반응 혼합물의 반응을 완료시켜 폴리이소시아네이트 중부가 생성물을 형성하며, 상기 (b) 이소시아네이트에 대해 반응성인 기를 가지는 화합물은 산 성분 및 몰질량이 500 g/mol 미만인 하나 이상의 저 분자량 디올 과량의 중축합에 의해 생성될 수 있는 폴리에스테르 폴리알콜을 접착 촉진제로서 포함하며, 상기 저 분자량 디올은 디올의 총량을 기준으로 적어도 5∼66 몰%의 1,3-프로판디올을 포함하는 것인 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 하나의 항의 복합 부재를 포함하는, 항공기, 차량 또는 건축물 장비(fitting-out)의 부품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 전기 전도체의 외장인 부품.
