Description
Claims (20)
- API(활성 약학 성분) 및 용매를 포함하는 용액의 미세액적을 운반하는 운송 가스를 제공하는 공정;
미세액적으로부터 용매를 증발시켜 운송 가스에 의해 운반된 API를 포함하는 건조 극미립자를 얻는 공정;
운송 가스에 의해 운반된 API를 포함하는 건조 극미립자로 담체를 코팅하는 공정
을 포함하는 1 단계 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, API는 도세탁셀, 리스페리돈, 베클로메타손, 플루티카손, 부데소니드, 살부타몰, 터부탈린, 이프라트로피움, 옥시트로피움, 포르모테롤, 살메테롤, 발사르탄, 에제티미브, 팔리페리돈, 아프레피탄트, 타크롤리무스, 시롤리무스, 에베롤리무스 및 티오트로피움으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 담체는 미정질 셀룰로스, 락토스 및 만니톨로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세액적은 평균 직경이 약 1∼약 15 ㎛인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건조 극미립자는 평균 직경이 약 100 nm∼약 10,000 nm인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 건조 극미립자는 평균 직경이 약 500 nm∼약 5,000 nm인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 건조 극미립자는 평균 직경이 약 200 nm∼약 5,000 nm인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 건조 극미립자는 평균 직경이 약 500 nm∼약 1,000 nm인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅 공정은 건조 극미립자를 담체층과 접촉시켜 극미립자로 코팅된 담체를 얻는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 담체층은 고정 담체층 또는 주기적 교반 담체층인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용매는 에탄올인 방법.
- API(활성 약학 성분)와 용매의 용액의 미세액적을 운반하는 운송 가스를 제공하는 공정;
미세액적으로부터 용매를 증발시켜 운송 가스에 의해 운반된 API의 건조 극미립자를 얻는 공정; 및
운송 가스에 의해 운반된 API의 건조 극미립자로 담체를 코팅하는 공정
