Abstract
본 발명의 음료 조성물은 우유와 두부를 혼합하여 갈아서 조성된 혼합물을 포함한다. 또한, 상기 혼합물은 땅콩 및 들깨, 참깨 중 적어도 어느 하나를 더 포함한다.
본 발명의 음료 조성물에 의하면 두부를 이용하여 간편하게 만들 수 있으며 건강에 해로운 화학물질이 전혀 첨가되지 않은 기능성 음료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 두부와 우유의 영양분을 모두 가지므로 영양학적인 면에서도 우수하여 식사 대용으로 가능하다. 특히, 환자나 수험생, 성장기의 어린이들에게 매우 유용하다.

Claims (5)
- 우유 100중량부에 대하여 두부 10 내지 70중량부를 혼합하여 갈아서 조성된 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 음료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 땅콩 및 참깨, 들깨 중 적어도 어느 하나를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 음료 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 음료 조성물은 식염 또는 꿀을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 음료 조성물.
- 우유 100중량부에 대하여 두부 10 내지 70중량부를 혼합하는 혼합단계와;
상기 혼합단계에서 혼합된 상기 우유 및 두부를 갈아서 혼합물을 수득하는 분쇄 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 음료의 제조방법. - 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄단계 완료 후 상기 혼합물에 식염 또는 꿀을 첨가하는 후첨단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 음료의 제조방법.
