Claims (6)
- 축지지하며 회전가능한 회전축; 및
상기 회전축을 회전가능하게 지지하도록 상부에 유체동압축계가 구비되고, 하부에 오일함유소결축계가 구비된 중공의 원통형상인 베어링;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스캐너모터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 오일함유소결축계와 상기 회전축 사이의 접촉면이 곡면인 것을 특징으로 하는 스캐너모터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 유체동압축계의 길이는 상기 오일함유소결축계의 길이보다 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 스캐너모터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 오일함유소결축계와 회전축 사이의 갭은 0.2mm 내지 0.4mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 스캐너모터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 유체동압축계의 세로길이는 2mm 내지 6mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 스캐너모터.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 곡면의 곡률반지름은 2mm 내지 18mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 스캐너모터.
