Claims (5)
- 치과용 임플란트의 표면 개질 기술에 있어서, 전기화학적 방법으로 불화암모늄(NH4F), 물(H2O) 및 글리세롤(glycerol)을 혼합한 전해액에서 양극 산화함으로써 치과용 임플란트 표면에 나노 튜브를 신속하고 균일하게 형성하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 임플란트는 탄탈륨, 코발트, 크롬, 티타늄, 스테인리스 강 또는 이의 합금으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 어느 하나를 소재로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 불화암모늄은 그 함량이 전해액 무게 대비 0.1 내지 3 wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 글리세롤은 그 함량이 전해액 무게 대비 80 내지 90 wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항의 방법을 이용하여 수득되는 나노튜브로 표면이 개질된 치과용 임플란트.
