Claims (7)
- 인쇄회로기판 및 이 기판에 설치되는 복수의 엘이디를 구비하는 엘이디 모듈을 포함하여 이루어진 엘이디 조명등에 있어서,상기 조명등에 통풍수단이 설치되고, 이 통풍수단에 의해 엘이디 모듈에서 발생된 열기가 강제 순환되어 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명등.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 통풍수단은 피에조 팬 또는 마이크로 팬 또는 전기장에 따른 공기의 이온화를 이용한 방식 중 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명등.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 조명등은 전극단자가 설치된 단자캡, 방열체, 그리고 커버 또는 튜브 중 어느 하나 이상이 더 포함되고, 이들 중 어느 하나 이상에 조명등 내부로 외부의 냉기가 유입되거나 내부의 열기가 방출되도록 하나 이상의 공기 입출구가 형성되어 이 공기 입출구를 통해 유입된 외부 냉기에 의해 냉각되도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명등.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 방열체는 길이 방향으로 형성된 중공이면서 엘이디 모듈의 발열이 수집되는 공기 유통로를 가지고, 이 방열체의 일면 이상의 외면에 엘이디 모듈이 장착되며,상기 방열체가 통풍수단에 의한 공기의 흐름으로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명등.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 피에조 팬과 마이크로 팬은 공기 유통로의 내면에 형성된 결합홈 또는 방열핀에 끼워져 결합되는 베이스에 장착되고, 공기 유통로에 수집된 열기를 수평으로 유동시켜 단자캡의 공기 입출구를 통해 외부로 방출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명등.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 엘이디의 발광을 확산시키기 위해, 엘이디 모듈에 씌워지듯 설치되는 광확산패널이 더 포함되고,상기 광확산패널은 엘이디 모듈의 길이방향으로 형성된 렌즈패널과, 이 렌즈패널에 각각의 엘이디에 상응하도록 형성된 다수의 확산렌즈가 포함되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명등.
- 엘이디 조명등에 있어서,엘이디 및 이 엘이디가 설치되며 또한 상기 엘이디를 제어하는 인쇄회로기판을 포함하여 구성된 엘이디 모듈;이 엘이디 모듈이 삽입된 튜브;이 튜브의 개방된 양단부에 각각 설치되고, 튜브 내부에 외부의 공기가 유입되도록 공기 입출구가 형성된 단자캡;이 포함되고,상기 엘이디 모듈에서 발생된 열이 튜브 내부에 확산되면, 양측 단자캡에 각각 형성된 공기 입출구를 통해 외부의 냉기가 유입되면서 튜브 내부의 열이 외부로 방출되도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명등.
