Claims (7)
- 산야초 착즙액 또는 분말 희석액에 질소원을 첨가하고, 바실러스 서브틸리스(Bacillus subtilis) 균주의 배양액을 접종하여 발효시켜 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 혈전용해 활성을 갖는 산야초 발효액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산야초 착즙액 또는 분말 희석액에 질소원으로 대두 분말 또는 청국장 분말을 첨가하고, 바실러스 서브틸리스(Bacillus subtilis) 균주의 배양액을 0.5~5% 접종하여 35~55℃에서 60~100시간 동안 발효시켜 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 혈전용해 활성을 갖는 산야초 발효액.
- 제2항에 있어서, 산야초 착즙액 또는 분말 희석액에 질소원으로 대두 분말 0.1~5%를 첨가하고, 바실러스 서브틸리스(Bacillus subtilis) 균주의 배양액을 0.5~5% 접종하여 35~55℃에서 60~100시간 동안 발효시켜 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 혈전용해 활성을 갖는 산야초 발효액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산야초는 신선초, 미나리, 쑥, 취나물, 머위, 참나물 또는 케일인 것을 특징으로 하는 산야초 발효액.
- 산야초를 착즙하여 착즙액을 얻는 단계;상기 착즙액에 질소원으로 대두 분말 또는 청국장 분말을 첨가하고 가열 살균하는 단계;상기 질소원이 첨가된 착즙액에 바실러스 서브틸리스(Bacillus subtilis) 균주의 배양액을 0.5~5% 접종하고 35~55℃에서 60~100시간 동안 발효시키는 단계를 포함하는 혈전용해 활성을 갖는 산야초 발효액의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 질소원은 대두 분말 0.1~5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 산야초는 신선초, 미나리, 쑥, 취나물, 머위, 참나물 또는 케일인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
