Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 액정패널;상기 액정패널의 하부에 배치되어 액정패널에 광을 공급하는 다수의 발광 다이오드;측부에 상기 발광 다이오드가 삽입되는 홀이 형성되어, 발광 다이오드에서 방출되는 광이 내부 공간으로 진행되도록 하는 하부커버;상기 발광 다이오드가 실장된 앞면이 하부커버의 외부 면에 대응되도록 배치된 제 1 인쇄회로기판; 및뒷면이 상기 제 1 인쇄회로기판의 뒷면에 대응되도록 배치되며, 앞면에는 적어도 상기 액정패널을 구동하기 위한 액정패널 구동부가 실장된 제 2 인쇄회로기판;을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 홀은 하부커버의 측면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 홀은 하부커버의 바닥면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 홀은 발광 다이오드마다 개별적으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 홀은 다수의 발광 다이오드에 대응되도록 하나가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 인쇄회로기판은 금속을 재료로 하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 인쇄회로기판과 액정패널을 연결하는 테잎 캐리어 패키지가 추가로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 테잎 캐리어 패키지에는 구동 집적회로가 칩 온 필름 방식으로 실장된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 인쇄회로기판 상에는 발광 다이오드를 구동하기 위한 발광 다이오드 구동부가 실장된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 액정패널;상기 액정패널의 하부에 배치되어 액정패널에 광을 공급하는 다수의 발광 다 이오드;측부에 상기 발광 다이오드가 삽입되는 홀이 형성되어, 발광 다이오드에서 방출되는 광이 내부 공간으로 진행되도록 하는 하부커버; 및앞면에는 발광 다이오드가 실장되고 뒷면에는 적어도 액정패널 구동부가 실장되며, 앞면이 하부커버의 외부 면에 대응되도록 배치된 인쇄회로기판;을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 홀은 하부커버의 측면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 홀은 하부커버의 바닥면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 홀은 발광 다이오드마다 개별적으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 홀은 다수의 발광 다이오드에 대응되도록 하나가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄회로기판과 액정패널을 연결하는 테잎 캐리어 패키지가 추가로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 테잎 캐리어 패키지에는 구동 집적회로가 칩 온 필름 방식으로 실장된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄회로기판의 뒷면에는 발광 다이오드를 구동하기 위한 발광 다이오드 구동부가 실장된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
