Claims (5)
- 단사섬도 1내지 5데니어의 폴리에스테르사를 경사로 하고, 단사섬도 0.1 내지 1데니어의 폴리에스테르 극세사를 위사로 하여 이중 주자직(더블 새틴)으로 제직하는 제직단계;표면과 이면을 10 내지 30 m/min으로 침포기모에 의해 각각 2내지 6회 기모하되, 각각 1내지 3회는 루우프기모로 하고 1내지 3회는 커팅기모를 하는 기모단계;0.003 내지 0.1 mm로 짧게 전모(shearing)하는 단계;공지의 방법으로 정련 감량하고 침염하는 단계;180 내지 190 의 온도로 10 내지 40분간 1 내지 3회 세팅하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염색견뢰도가 우수한 극세사 직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 세팅단계이후 전사날염 단계가 부가적으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 염색견뢰도가 우수한 극세사 직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르사 또는 폴리에스테르 극세사가 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이 트(PET), 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트(PBT), 및 공중합폴리에스테르로 이루어지는 군중에서 선택되는 어느하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 염색견뢰도가 우수한 극세사 직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제직단계에서 표면과 이면을 동일한 조직으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 염색견뢰도가 우수한 극세사 직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 의해 제조된 직물을 이용한 고흡수성 의류.
