Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 회전축이 삽입되는 삽입구멍을 갖는 스핀들 모터용 베어링에 있어서,상기 삽입구멍이 중앙에 마련된 내경부와, 상기 내경부의 둘레에 배치되는 외경부를 포함하며,상기 내경부 및 상기 외경부의 밀도가 다른 스핀들 모터용 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외경부는 상기 내경부보다 밀도가 낮은 스핀들 모터용 베어링.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 내경부와 상기 외경부는 금속 분말을 소결 성형함으로써 일체로 형성되는 스핀들 모터용 베어링.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 내경부와 상기 외경부에는 오일이 함침될 수 있는 다수의 기공이 마련된 스핀들 모터용 베어링.
- 금속 분말과 첨가제를 함께 혼합하는 혼합 단계;혼합된 분말을 금형에 채우고 안쪽으로는 상기 금속 분말의 밀도를 높이고 바깥쪽으로는 상기 금속 분말의 밀도를 낮추는 밀도 조절 단계;안쪽과 바깥쪽의 밀도가 다르게 조절된 상기 금속 분말을 가압하여 제품 형상의 중간 성형체를 만드는 압축 단계;상기 중간 성형체를 융점 이하의 온도로 가열하여 제품에 필요한 물성이 부여된 소결체를 만드는 소결 단계; 및진공 속에서 상기 소결체에 오일을 함침시키는 함침 단계;를 포함하는 스핀들 모터용 베어링의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 밀도 조절 단계는 안쪽으로 상기 금속 분말의 밀도를 높이고 바깥쪽으로 상기 금속 분말의 밀도를 낮추기 위해 상기 금형에 채워진 상기 금속 분말에 전자기를 가하는 단계를 포함하는 스핀들 모터용 베어링의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 소결 단계 이후, 상기 소결체를 금형에 넣고 가압하여 상기 소결체의 정밀도를 높이는 정형 단계를 포함하는 스핀들 모터용 베어링의 제조방법.
