Claims (8)
- 회전자 블레이드들을 지탱하는 허브를 지지하는 베어링을 구비한 풍력발전용 터빈으로서, 상기 베어링은 상기 허브에 연결된 회전 베어링 레이스 및 고정 베어링 레이스와 베어링 레이스들 사이의 윤활 영역을 포함하고, 상기 윤활 영역은 양쪽 단부들에서 윤활 배리어를 형성하기 위해 상기 회전 베어링 레이스와 고정 부품들 사이의 갭을 밀봉하는 제1 밀봉링들에 의해 제한되는, 상기 풍력발전용 터빈에 있어서,
상기 윤활 영역의 한 단부 또는 양쪽 단부들에서 여분의 밀봉링이 밀봉될 갭내에 또는 그 부근에서 상기 제1 밀봉링으로부터 일정 거리에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전용 터빈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 여분의 밀봉링은 밀봉면과 밀봉식으로 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전용 터빈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 여분의 밀봉링은 상기 제1 밀봉링이 파손된 후에 사용하기에 유용한 밀봉면과 결합하지 않고 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전용 터빈. - 제1항에 있어서,
내부 및 외부 베어링 레이스들 각자의 측방향 섹션들(19D, 20D)과 밀봉결합으로 2개의 밀봉링들을 보유하기 위한 2개의 동심 홈들을 포함하는 지지부재가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전용 터빈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 밀봉링 및 상기 여분의 밀봉링은 동심 리세스를 포함하는 지지부재와 대면하는 상기 베어링 레이스들 중 하나의 레이스내에 장착되고, 상기 지지부재는 상기 제1 밀봉링이 지지링과 밀봉식으로 결합하는 동안에 상기 여분의 밀봉링이 상기 리세스와 대면하는 제1 밀봉위치로부터, 교체링이 상기 지지링과 밀봉식으로 결합하는 제2 밀봉위치로 변위될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전용 터빈. - 제1항에 있어서,
링부재가 상기 베어링 레이스들을 분리하고, 각각의 베어링 레이스를 위해 밀봉링이 상기 링부재로써 상기 갭을 밀봉하고, 상기 링부재는 상기 고정 베어링 레이스와 상기 회전 베어링 레이스 각각에 교대로(alternatingly) 연결될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전용 터빈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고정 베어링 레이스는 분리 섹션을 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전용 터빈. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 풍력발전용 터빈은 직접 구동 방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전용 터빈.
