Claims (2)
- 임플란트 표면에 마이크로포아를 형성하는 단계;상기 마이크로포아가 형성된 임플란트 표면에 나노튜브를 형성하는 단계;치아회분말을 이용하여 나노튜브 표면에 코팅할 타겟을 제조하는 단계;상기 제조된 치아회분말 또는 인공제조된 HA를 이용하여 EB-PVD방법으로 임플란트 표면을 코팅하는 단계;로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트의 표면개질 후 생체활성화를 위한 하이드록시아파타이트 코팅법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 임플란트는 진공아-크멜팅로를 이용하여 제조되되, 67wt%Ti-30wt%Ta-3wt%Zr, 65wt%Ti-30wt%Ta-15wt%Zr, 67wt%Ti-30wt%Nb-3wt%Zr, 65wt%Ti-30wt%Nb-15wt%Zr 중 어느 하나의 합금으로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트의 표면개질 후 생체활성화를 위한 하이드록시아파타이트 코팅법.
