Claims (11)
- (a) 그래핀 원료 제조 단계; 및(b) 상기 그래핀 원료를 100m/s ~ 1000m/s 로 가속하여, 기판에 충돌시키는 단계; 로 이루어지는 그래핀 코팅방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 (a)단계는 탄소-층간 화합물에 마이크로 웨이브 처리를 하여 팽창 흑연을 제조하고, 상기 팽창 흑연을 용매에 넣고 분산하는 과정으로 그래핀 원료를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 코팅 방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 (a)단계는 탄소-층간 화합물을 고온 열처리하여 팽창 흑연을 제조하고, 상기 팽창 흑연을 용매에 넣고 분산하는 과정으로 그래핀 원료를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 코팅 방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 (a)단계는 불순물이 도핑된 그래핀 원료를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 코팅 방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 (a)단계는 제조된 그래핀 원료에 나노파티클형(nanoparticle), 나노선형(Nanowire), 나노로드형(Nanorod), 나노벨트형(Nanobelt) 및 분말형 중 어느 한 유형 이상의 탄소원료를 혼입시키는 과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 코팅 방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 (a)단계는 제조된 그래핀 원료에 탄소나노튜브를 혼입시키는 과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 코팅 방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 (a)단계는 제조된 그래핀 원료를 화학적으로 표면 개질하는 과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 코팅 방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 (b)단계는 펄스 가속법을 통하여 시행됨을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 코팅 방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 (b)단계는 에어로졸 증착법을 통하여 시행됨을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 박막 코팅 방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 (b)단계는 콜드 스프레이법을 통하여 시행됨을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 코팅 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 그래핀 박막 코팅 방법에 의해 제도되며, 바인더 및 촉매 없이 그래핀-기판간, 인접한 그래핀간 직접결합이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 나노 구조체.
