Claims (8)
- 풍력발전기에 결합되어 바람의 힘에 의해 회전되는 풍력발전기용 블레이드(10)에 있어서,상기 블레이드(10)의 외측 끝단이 개방되어 형성되되, 전류가 흐르는 도체로 형성되고 상기 블레이드(10)의 끝단 개방면에 고정되며 상기 블레이드(10)의 외측면 형상과 대응되게 연장 형성되어 낙뢰에 의한 전류를 유도시키는 팁리셉터(20);가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전기의 낙뢰 보호 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 팁리셉터(20);는상기 블레이드(10)의 끝단 형상과 대응되게 형성되어 블레이드(10)의 끝단 외측으로 노출 고정되는 낙뢰흡수부(21)와,상기 낙뢰흡수부(21)의 내측으로 상기 블레이드(10)의 내측에 삽입 고정되는 고정부(22)를 포함하는 풍력발전기의 낙뢰 보호 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 고정부(22)는,상기 블레이드(10)의 끝단 내부 공간과 대응되는 형상으로 형성되되, 상기 블레이드(10)의 내부 공간 보다 좁은 단면적을 갖도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전기의 낙뢰 보호 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 블레이드(10)의 중앙부 내측으로 양 단부가 각각 블레이드(10)의 전면과 후면에 지지되어 고정되고, 전류가 흐르는 도체로 형성된 중간리셉터(40)가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전기의 낙뢰 보호 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 중간리셉터(40)의 양 단부에 고정되어 상기 블레이드(10)의 외측으로 노출되고, 낙뢰를 흡수하여 상기 중간리셉터(40)로 유도하는 리셉터플러그(42)가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전기의 낙뢰 보호 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 블레이드(10)의 내측으로 상기 블레이드(10)의 길이 방향을 따라 블레이드(10)의 내부 양 측을 지지하는 전단판(50)이 구비되되, 상기 전단판(50)에 낙뢰 전류가 흐르는 전류유도부재(51)가 고정되고, 일단이 상기 전류유도부재(51)에 고정되고 타단이 팁리셉터(20) 및 중간리셉터(40)에 접속 고정된 인하도선(30)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전기의 낙뢰 보호 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 블레이드(10)의 내측으로 상기 인하도선(30)이 상기 블레이드(10)의 내측면과 이격된 위치에서 지지되도록 하는 지지브래킷(60)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전기의 낙뢰 보호 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 중간리셉터(40)의 양 단부에 상기 블레이드(10)의 내측면과 대응되는 경사면(44a)(44b)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 풍력발전기의 낙뢰 보호 장치.
