Claims (7)
- 양극단자가 구비된 히트 로드 조립체를 전기적으로 제어하는 차량용 전기가열장치의 전자제어조립체로서,개구가 형성되며 상기 개구에 복수의 단자소켓이 배열되는 하우징;상기 하우징에 내장되는 회로기판;상기 회로기판과 전기적으로 연결되는 전자소자; 및상기 전자소자를 개재하여 상기 회로기판과 결합되고, 상기 하우징에서 노출되도록 상기 개구에 삽입되는 냉각핀이 구비된 히트싱크를 포함하는 차량용 전기가열장치의 전자제어조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 단자소켓은 상기 히트 로드 조립체의 삽입 단부를 지지하는 로드 소켓부와, 삽입된 양극단자를 감싸 절연하는 단자 소켓부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전기가열장치의 전자제어조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 히트싱크, 전자소자, 회로기판, 및 하우징은 고정볼트를 통해 상호 체결되되, 상기 히트싱크와 전자소자 사이에는 절연패드가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전기가열장치의 전자제어조립체.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 히트싱크에는 상기 단자 소켓부가 관통되는 소켓홀이 형성되고, 상기 양극단자는 상기 단자 소켓부를 관통하여 상기 회로기판에 전기적으로 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전기가열장치의 전자제어조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 전자소자에는 상기 회로기판에 접촉되는 연결핀이 상기 회로기판을 향하여 연장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전기가열장치의 전자제어조립체.
- PTC소자와 상기 PTC소자에 접하여 배치되는 양극단자를 포함하는 히트 로드 조립체;상기 히트 로드 조립체에 나란하게 배치되는 음극단자; 및개구가 형성되며 상기 개구에 복수의 단자소켓이 배열되는 하우징과, 상기 하우징에 내장되는 회로기판과, 상기 회로기판과 전기적으로 연결되는 전자소자와, 상기 전자소자를 개재하여 상기 회로기판과 결합되고 상기 하우징에서 노출되도록 상기 개구에 삽입되는 냉각핀이 구비된 히트싱크를 포함하여 구성된 차량용 전기가열장치의 전자제어조립체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전기가열장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 단자소켓은 상기 히트 로드 조립체의 삽입 단부를 지지하는 로드 소켓부와, 삽입된 양극단자를 감싸 절연하는 단자 소켓부를 포함하고, 상기 양극단자는 상기 단자 소켓부를 관통하여 상기 회로기판에 전기적으로 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전기가열장치.
