Claims (8)
- 오폐수 처리장에서 수거한 오니를 탈수 처리하여 수분을 제거하고, 폐유리를분쇄하여 분말화시키는 원료 준비 단계와;주원료로서 탈수된 오니 및 폐유리 분말과, 보조원료로서 붕사와 불화규소나트륨 중 선택된 어느 하나를 수분 첨가하에서 혼합 교반하는 원료 혼합 단계와;혼합된 원료를 구형 과립으로 제조하는 제립 단계와;제조된 구형 과립의 건조 단계와;건조된 구형 과립의 소성 및 냉각 단계를 포함하는 인공경량골재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,혼합되는 원료는 주원료로서 오니 20 내지 70중량%와, 폐유리 분말 25 내지 75중량%, 그리고 보조원료로서 붕사와 불화규소나트륨 중 선택되는 어느 하나의 성분 2 내지 5중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공경량골재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 원료 혼합 단계에서 수분 첨가에 따른 최종 수분 함량은 전체 원료 중량 대비 20 내지 35중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 인공경량골재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 건조 단계에서 구형 과립은 300 내지 600℃에서 20 내지 50분간 건조되며, 20℃/min의 속도로 건조온도가 상승되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공경량골재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 소성 단계에서는 850 내지 950℃에서 8 내지 20분 동안 유지하여 소성을 수행하고, 건조온도에서 소성온도까지는 15℃/min의 속도로 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공경량골재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 냉각 단계에서는 온도가 700℃ 이상일때는 20℃/min의 빠른 속도로 냉각하며, 700 내지 500℃일 때에는 10℃/min의 속도로 냉각하고, 500℃ 이하에서는 20℃/min의 속도로 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공경량골재의 제조 방법.
- 주원료로서 오니 20 내지 70중량%와, 폐유리 분말 25 내지 75중량%, 그리고 보조원료로서 붕사와 불화규소나트륨 중 선택되는 어느 하나의 성분 2 내지 5중량%를 수분 첨가하에서 혼합한 후 건조 소성하여 제조된 인공경량골재.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,소성 온도는 850 내지 950℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 인공경량골재.
