Claims (6)
- 고전압 배터리시스템에서 출력되는 전류에 비례하는 전압을 발생하여 상기 고전압 배터리시스템의 전류를 센싱하는 션트저항과, 상기 션트저항에서 센싱된 전류를 신호처리하여 검출하는 배터리제어기를 포함하고,상기 배터리제어기는, 상호 절연된 1차측과 2차측으로 이루어지고 상기 션트저항에서 출력되는 전압을 일정 PWM(pulse width modulation) 주기로 온/오프하는 반도체스위치소자와, 상기 반도체스위치소자에서 상기 일정 PWM 주기로 온/오프되는 상기 션트저항의 출력전압을 1차측으로 입력받아 2차측으로 전달하는 변압기와, 상기 변압기의 2차측에서 출력되는 신호로부터 상기 고전압 배터리시스템의 전류를 연산하고 상기 반도체스위치소자가 상기 일정 PWM 주기로 온/오프되도록 제어하는 중앙처리장치를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 고전압 배터리시스템의 전류측정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배터리제어기는 상기 변압기의 2차측에서 출력되는 신호를 증폭하는 신호증폭기와, 상기 신호증폭기에서 증폭된 신호를 복조하는 신호복조기와, 상기 신호복조기에서 출력되는 신호의 잡음을 제거한 후 상기 중앙처리장치에 제공하는 신호필터를 더 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 고전압 배터리시스템의 전류측정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배터리제어기는 상기 변압기의 2차측에서 출력되는 신호를 증폭하여 상기 중앙처리장치에 제공하는 신호증폭기를 더 포함하고, 상기 중앙처리장치는 상기 반도체스위치소자의 온/오프에 연동하여 상기 신호증폭기에서 출력되는 신호를 읽는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 고전압 배터리시스템의 전류측정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙처리장치는 상기 일정 PWM 주기에 따른 PWM 제어신호를 출력하고, 상기 배터리제어기는 상기 PWM 제어신호에 따라 상기 반도체스위칭소자를 상기 일정 PWM 주기로 온/오프하는 스위칭트랜지스터를 더 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 고전압 배터리시스템의 전류측정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반도체스위칭소자는 포토모스릴레이인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 고전압 배터리시스템의 전류측정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반도체스위칭소자는 포토커플러인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 고전압 배터리시스템의 전류측정장치.
