Claims (11)
- 30-85 중량%의 황토와, 10-70 중량%의 파유리 및 1-10 중량% 프리트(frit) 를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 황토 타일 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 프리트는,실리카 46∼50 중량%, 산화붕소 20-23 중량%, 산화나트륨 17∼20 중량%, 산화칼슘 4∼5 중량%, 알루미나 3∼4 중량%, 산화아연(ZnO) 2∼3 중량% 및 산화칼륨 1∼2 중량%를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 황토 타일 조성물.
- 30-85 중량%의 황토와, 10-70 중량%의 파유리 및 1-10 중량% 프리트(frit) 를 포함하여 구성되고, 700∼800℃에서 소성하여 200 ㎏f/㎠ 이상의 꺽임강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 소성 고강도 황토 타일.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 프리트는,실리카 46∼50 중량%, 산화붕소 20-23 중량%, 산화나트륨 17∼20 중량%, 산화칼슘 4∼5 중량%, 알루미나 3∼4 중량%, 산화아연(ZnO) 2∼3 중량% 및 산화칼륨 1∼2 중량%을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 저온 소성 고강도 황토 타일.
- 30-85 중량%의 황토와, 10-70 중량%의 파유리 및 1-10 중량% 프리트(frit)를 포함하는 황토 타일 조성물을 준비하는 재료준비단계와,상기 황토 타일 조성물을 분쇄 및 혼합하는 분쇄혼합단계와,분쇄 및 혼합된 황토 타일 조성물을 성형하여 타일 성형체를 형성하는 타일성형단계와,상기 타일성형체를 건조하는 타일건조단계상기 타일 성형체를 700∼800℃에서 소성하는 타일소성단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 소성 고강도 황토 타일의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 재료준비단계에서 프리트는,실리카 46∼50 중량%, 산화붕소 20-23 중량%, 산화나트륨 17∼20 중량%, 산화칼슘 4∼5 중량%, 알루미나 3∼4 중량%, 산화아연(ZnO) 2∼3 중량% 및 산화칼륨 1∼2 중량%를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 저온 소성 고강도 황토 타일의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄혼합단계에서,상기 황토 타일 조성물은 분쇄기 또는 볼밀링 방법에 의해 분쇄 및 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 저온 소성 고강도 황토 타일의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄혼합단계와 타일성형단계 사이에는,상기 황토 타일 조성물의 전체 중량에 대하여 수분함량이 10∼30 중량%가 되도록 하는 수분제거단계가 더 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 저온 소성 고강도 황토 타일의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 타일성형단계는,상기 분쇄 및 혼합된 황토 타일 조성물을 프레스를 사용하여 압축성형하거나, 압출기를 사용하여 압출성형하여 타일 성형체를 성형하는 과정임을 특징으로 하는 저온 소성 고강도 황토 타일의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 타일소성단계는,30분 내지 4시간 동안 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 저온 소성 고강도 황토 타일의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 타일건조단계는,음지(陰地)에서 24 내지 72시간 동안 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 저온 소성 고강도 황토 타일의 제조방법.
