도 4는 제2 실시예의 도 1과 같은 도면이다.
Claims (11)
- 양방향으로 조정가능한 작동기(3), 더 바람직하게는 배기가스 재순환 장치(29) 또는 배기가스 터보차저(30)용 작동 드라이브 장치로서,
- 전기모터(4),
- 제1 토글레버 베어링(7)을 통해 관절식으로 상기 작동기(3)에 연결될 수 있는 토글 레버(6),
- 상기 전기모터(4)를 상기 토글 레버(6)에 연결하는 기어기구(5)를 구비하며,
- 상기 기어기구(5)는 피벗 베어링(15)에 장착된 출력측의 치합 소자(14)를 포함하고, 상기 토글레버(6)는 제2 토글레버 베어링(18)을 통해 관절식으로 치합 소자에 장착되며,
- 상기 작동기(3)의 기동 위치에 연관된 작동 드라이브 장치(1)의 기동 상태에서, 상기 제1 토글레버 베어링(7)과 상기 제2 토글레버 베어링(18)을 관통하여 연장하는 제1 직선(20)과, 상기 피벗 베어링(15)과 상기 제2 토글레버 베어링(18)을 관통하여 연장하는 제2 직선(21) 사이의 각도(22)가 예각인 것을 특징으로 하는 양방향으로 조정가능한 작동기용 작동 드라이브 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 작동 드라이브 장치(1)의 기동 상태에서, 상기 제1 직선(20)은 상기 작동기(3)의 스트로크 방향(2)에 실질적으로 또는 거의 평행하게 뻗어나가는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동기용 작동 드라이브 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 토글레버 베어링(7, 18)들 사이의 상기 토글 레버(6)는 측면간극(23)을 포함하고, 상기 측면간극을 통해 상기 제1 직선(20)이 뻗어나가고, 상기 측면 간극에서 상기 피벗 베어링(15)이 결합된 상기 출력측의 상기 치합 소자(14)의 일부 영역이 상기 작동 드라이브 장치(1)의 기동 상태에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동기용 작동 드라이브 장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 출력측의 상기 치합 소자는 기어부(14)이며, 상기 기어부는 둘레 방향에서, 더 바람직하게는 거의 90°또는 90°보다 작게 뻗어나가는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동기용 작동 드라이브 장치. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기어기구(5)는, 회전식으로 고정되도록 상기 전기 모터(4)의 구동 샤프트(26)에 연결된 입력측 위의 기어(25)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동기용 작동 드라이브 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 입력측의 상기 기어(25)보다 더 많은 톱니수의 제1 전달기어(27)와 상기 입력측의 상기 기어(25)가 치합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동기용 작동 드라이브 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전달기어(27)보다 적은 톱니수를 가지는 제2 전달기어(28)에 회전식으로 고정되는 방식으로 상기 제1 전달기어(27)가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동기용 작동 드라이브 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제2 전달기어(28)는 상기 출력측의 상기 치합 소자(14)와 치합하며, 상기 출력측의 상기 치합 소자(14)는 상기 제2 전달기어(28)보다 원주 부분당 더 많은 톱니수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동기용 작동 드라이브 장치. - 내연기관의, 더 바람직하게는 모터 차량의 배기가스 재순환 장치의 배기가스 재순환 밸브로서,
- 유동이 흐를 수 있는 단면을 제어하기 위한 밸브 부재로서, 스트로크 위치에 따라 상기 배기가스 재순환 장치의 배기가스 재순환 속도를 조정하는 밸브 부재(9)와,
- 상기 밸브 부재(9)를 구동하기 위한 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 작동 드라이브 장치(1)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 재순환장치의 배기가스 재순환밸브. - 내연기관의, 더 바람직하게는 모터 차량의 배기가스 터보차저로서,
- 상기 배기가스 터보차저(30)의 터빈의 저압측에 고압측을 연결하는 바이패스를 제어하는 밸브 부재(12)를 가진 도출게이트 밸브와,
- 상기 밸브 부재(12)를 구동하기 위한 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 작동 드라이브 장치(1)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 터보차저. - 내연기관의, 더 바람직하게는 모터 차량의 배기가스 터보차저로서,
- 상기 작동기(3)로 조정가능한 가이드 블레이드 구조를 가지는 터빈과,
- 상기 작동기(3)를 구동하기 위한 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 작동 드라이브 장치(1)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기가스 터보차저.
