Claims (18)
- 니들링에 의해 폴리머 스테이플 섬유(2)로 감싸진 광물사로 제조된 직물(1)을 구성하는 필터 매체에 있어서,
다공성 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌로 제조된 멤브레인(3)이 필터 매체의 일측부 이상에, 특히 멤브레인의 유입 측부 상에, 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인(3)은 12.7㎜의 물기둥 압력에서 시간당 ㎡당 0.01㎣ 이상의 공기 투과성을 가지는 팽창된 다공성 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인(3)은 접착제(4)에 의해 필터 매체에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 접착제(4)는 플루오르화된 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 직물(1)은 유리 섬유를 포함하거나 유리 섬유로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 직물(1)은 현무암 사를 포함하거나 현무암 사로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제 6 에 있어서, 상기 현무암 사는 섬유사 및/또는 필라멘트사 특히, 멀티필라멘트 사인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 직물(1)은 현무암 사 및/또는 유리 섬유로 구성된 위사 및 경사를 포함하거나 현무암 사 및/또는 유리 섬유로 구성된 위사 및 경사로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조방사(roving) 및 얀(yarn)으로 구성된 직물(1)은 250 g/m2 내지 600 g/m2의 단위 면적당 중량을 가지며, 특히 400 g/m2 내지 500 g/m2 사이의 단위 면적당 중량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 직물(1)은 다수의 층 또는 적층(strata)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필터 매체의 총중량에서 폴리머 스테이플 섬유(2)의 중량 퍼센트는 40% 이하로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 직물(1)은 250 g/m2 이상의 단위 면적당 중량을 가지고 0.5㎜ 이상의 두께를 가지며, 상기 스테이플 섬유(2)는 0.5 덱시텍스 내지 10 덱시텍스의 타이터를 가지며, 선호적으로는 0.5 덱시텍스 내지 10 덱시텍스의 타이터를 가지고 20㎜ 이상의 절단 길이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스테이플 섬유(2)는 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스테이플 섬유(2)의 표면은 니들링 과정 후에 폴리머 코팅이 도포됨으로써 조면화(roughen)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 유기 필러(organic filler)를 포함한 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 합성 규산(synthetic silicic acid)이 유기 필러로써 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필터 매체는 원단(cloth)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필터 매체는 백 또는 되는 파우치 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 매체.
