Claims (14)
- 유기 용매 및 물의 혼합물 내에서 비-유도된(non-derivatised) 셀룰로오스 용액으로부터 1㎛ 내지 400㎛ 범위 내의 입자 크기를 가지는 구형, 비-소섬유성(non-fibrillar) 셀룰로오스 입자의 생산 방법으로서,
상기 용액을 자유 유동성으로(free flowing)하여 이의 응고 온도 미만으로 냉각(cooled down) 시키는 단계;
상기 용매를 세척하는 단계;
응고된 셀룰로오스 용액을 해리(disintegrated) 시키는 단계;
상기 용매를 세척하는 단계;
해리되고 세척된 입자를 건조시키는 단계를 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 입자의 생산 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 해리가 밀(mill)에 의해 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각이 상기 용액을 액체에 도입함으로서 이루어지는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 액체가 재생 배지(regeneration medium)인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각이 액체에 직접적인 접촉 없이 이루어지는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 건조가 용매의 교환에 의해 이루어지는 방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 안료, 산화티타늄, 특히 하위화학량론의(substoichiometric) 산화티타늄, 황산바륨, 이온교환제, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스터, 활성탄, 폴리머 강력흡수제(polymer superabsorber) 및 방염제(flame-protection agent)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된, 셀룰로오스 양과 관련하여 최대 200 중량 퍼센트의 첨가제가 상기 셀룰로오스 용액에 첨가되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 물질이 아민 옥사이드(amine oxide), 바람직하게는 N-메틸 몰포린 N-옥사이드(N-methyl morpholine N-oxide)인 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항의 방법에 따라 생산된 입자를 포함하는 셀룰로오스 파우더.
- 1㎛ 내지 400㎛의 범위 내의 입자 사이즈 및 4㎛ 내지 250㎛ 사이의 평균 입자 사이즈 x50을 가진 셀룰로오스-Ⅱ-구조를 보이는 입자를 포함하는 셀룰로오스 파우더로서, 이것이 하기의 것을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 파우더:
● 불규칙한 표면을 가지는 대체로 구형의 입자 형태
● 라만 방법(Raman method)에 따른 15% 내지 45% 범위 내의 결정성
● 0.2㎡/g 내지 8㎡/g 사이의 특정 표면(N2-흡수, BET) 및
● 250g/ℓ 내지 750g/ℓ 사이의 파우더 밀도. - 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오스 파우더가 추가적으로 단일양식(monomodal)의 입자 사이즈 분포를 보이는 셀룰로오스 파우더.
- 제 11항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스 입자를 포함하는 상기 셀룰로오스 파우더가, 안료, 산화티타늄, 특히 하위화학량론의 산화티타늄, 황산바륨, 이온교환제, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스터, 활성탄, 폴리머 강력흡수제 및 방염제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 통합 첨가제를, 셀룰로오스 함량과 관련하여, 1 내지 200 중량 퍼센트로 포함하는 셀룰로오스 파우더.
